Stay away from them! Paid for what I wanted and 8 days later they send an email saying they’re out of stock and not sure when they’ll have it “But” delivery will be within a week!
If you want to waste your time chasing them for a part they don’t have then look no further.

Misleading delivery estimates – this has happened with multiple orders
I have made multiple purchases from Motardinn, and unfortunately the same problem keeps happening.
At the time of purchase, the website attracts customers with a specific expected delivery window. My latest order #71878456, placed on 22 August 2026, showed an expected delivery date of 27 August–2 September.
It is now 12 September, ten days beyond the latest date shown on my order, and the parcel has still not reached Oman.
I understand that Motardinn later describes delivery dates as “estimates” and that delays can occur. The problem is the difference between the attractive delivery expectation presented when making the purchase and the actual experience afterward.
This is not the first time this has happened to me with Motardinn. If delays of days or even weeks are realistically possible with a shipping method, that risk should be made clear and prominent before payment, not become apparent only after the customer has already placed and paid for the order.
Good prices and product selection mean very little when the delivery estimate repeatedly cannot be relied upon.
After several purchases with the same experience, I can no longer trust Motardinn’s displayed delivery dates when deciding whether to buy.
1/5 – I would not recommend Motardinn to anyone who needs their order within the delivery window shown during purchase.

I find de delivery not good experience. It is the final component to fix my bike. It should be delivered today, but a lot of delays have been. Now I have maybe the tool Friday. Not happy because it is my main transportation.

An urgent delivery for me was calculated as a next day delivery, middle of the week. It delayed the ship one day, and the expected change by a day as well. Then it said it would be delivered saturday. It wasn't. Ended up being delivered monday, 4 days after planned. Assuming delivery date estimate is automated and very ambitious.

Wrong Size Sent and Poor Customer Service
Update: Tradeinn publicly replied to my review saying they would investigate the issue. However, several days passed with no follow-up or update. I only received a response after I contacted them again by email to ask for the result of their investigation.
They now claim that the EU43 they shipped was the correct item, but they still have not explained how EU43 could be correct when I selected US10.5, their own product-page size chart identifies US10.5 as EU44, and EU43/US10 was not even available as an option for me to select.
Instead of addressing this specific discrepancy, they simply repeated that the item shipped was correct and told me that I must pay the return shipping myself.
I am still waiting for Tradeinn to explain one very simple question: How can EU43 be the correct item when I ordered US10.5, which their own size chart identifies as EU44?

I ordered motorcycle gloves
I ordered motorcycle gloves, received the item, not particularly quickly.
They were not the correct size, so had to send them back. Postage was double the price I paid to receive them, using their postage service.
Now waiting weeks with no communication for a refund.
I have emailed them several times for an update. But still waiting. I guess they seem cheaper than other places but in the end it was more expensive due to sending them back. That’s if I ever get a refund, in which case they will be very expensive gloves that I don’t even own.
Moral of this, don’t bother ordering from them unless your 100% you won’t need to send it back.
