Perfect purchase and return experience
I ordered a MIDI keyboard on the 19.12 (Thursday), meant as a Christmas gift. The keyboard was shipped the next day and arrived on Monday 23.12, which was already pretty impressive.
The gift was unfortunately not appreciated, so I had to return it... the Music2you team helped me per email to book the return shipment, I shipped the keyboard back via GLS, it arrived in 1 day and one day after (on the 03.01) I got my reimboursement.
Truly outstanding service, I'd give them 6 stars if I could! :-)

You CANNOT get money back when you return the product if you buy as a Business customer just because of delivery convenient, which didn't state on their website when you buy.
First, You CANNOT get money back when you return the product if you buy as a Business customer just because of delivery convenient, which didn't state on their website when you buy.
Second, you have to pay the delivery fee to their door of return.
Third, this company defines the way to "USE" their product, customer couldn't complain the quality of their product.
Fourth, customer should pay the delivery again when they decided the returned new product "Fixed" because they send the product back (because they say the business customer cannot get money back)

Thanks for your review, as I have written in an email to you, our trading conditions appear on the website and you have also ticked yourself that you have read them before completing the transaction, our trading conditions comply with Danish sales legislation.
As we have informed you, we have established that the 6th string was tuned a octave to high, unfortunately for that reason the string has been stretched too much so there is too much slack to tune up now so a new string needs to be fitted.
No other faults have been found on the guitar. we have offer you to change the stringe free of charge, and tune the guitar for you, you only had to pay the return shipping from os 59, - DKK but you have rejected that.
Moreover, we have the opportunity to exchange the guitar for another model at our own request, and we are awaiting clarification on this from you
We have tried to help you as best we could in this matter, unfortunately not to your satisfaction, which I can only regret, but I hope that you will return so that we can solve your problem.
