Site à déconseiller, fuyez !
Un service client avec des messages standards, totalement incompétent au téléphone (ils ne vous écoutent même pas), sans aucune prise en compte des mails (pas de réponse tout simplement), je ne sais plus quoi faire, un vrai calvaire !
Canapé non livré, remboursement toujours en attente, je vais encore attendre un peu avant d'actionner la justice... seule solution !

No delivery, kept our money. No answer on mail or phone
After waiting 4 months for our delivery (with a promised delivery of 3 weeks and the money already withdrawn from our account) i tried to call and write Myfab several times. The myfab customer service answering machine tells you to call in the opening hours, even if you are already calling in the opening hours! There is also no response on the order and support mail. It is not possible to cancel an order without contacting customer support.

Long....
Avec plusieurs semaines d'attentes ce site est déjà très long, mais alors lorsqu'il y a du retard.. c'est un calvaire.
Ne cherchez pas à obtenir des information par téléphone car au bon des 15 touches a taper avant d'avoir l'attente au service client... vous êtes coupé !
Une catastrophe, première et derniere commande à partir de ce marchand.
Dommages le site est très attrayant.
