For some reason they are no longer selling the grass fed whey isolate, now only offer the sickly sweet ones with added sweetener. Thought I’d give the vanilla honey flavour, big mistake, the added honey flavour was dreadful.

I ordered 6 products and I received…
I ordered 6 products and I received only 2, fours items were missing, the courier partnership with Royal Mail is pathetic.
I received open box with missing items, it is stressful when you order 6 and receive only 4. I have contacted Myprotein help support, where I have been told that I will receive the replacement but didn’t give any token number or any confirmation email, I am just hoping I will receive my missing products. Please look into this asap.

Cost of delivery and return
I ordered a pair of leggings, but unfortunately the size didn’t fit me and I needed one size smaller. I wanted to exchange them for a smaller size, but unfortunately this wasn’t possible.
I had to return the leggings at my own expense, which cost me £4.25. When I went to order the smaller size, I was also charged £4.49 for postage because I had already used the free delivery on my first order.
So, for a pair of leggings that cost £25, I ended up paying almost £10 extra just because I needed to change the size. I find this very disappointing and I don’t think this is a fair customer experience.
