Good service, poor listings
I ordered a burgandy velvet Tuxedo Jacket alongside a bow-tie and a few other items, and everything arrived fine and in good condition - perfectly acceptable in their own right. However, the jacket was not bugandy and was clearly far closer to pink, despite appearing so in the listed picture and being named a burgandy jacket. As such I had to return it and was required to pay the return fee, meaning I was out of pocket for a jacket which did not match the description properly.
Dobell's saving grace was their customer support, who made the return easy and hassle free, so they absolutely win in that category. If their listing had matched what was sent out then this could have been entirely avoided. I'd recommend they review some of their listings to make sure that aren't misleading in things such as colour

Service excellent
I am normally an XL but often buy 2XL to give me spare room. This item was a 3XL based on their sizing guide but was still tight so I returned it for an exchange for a 4XL which is a perfect fit.
It would be better if sizing was more uniform and reliable but their exchange policy and the goods they sell are excellent.

I am happy with the price and with the speed of my delivery, but sizes aren't quite as labelled. I confidently purchased a certain size and the product is definitely not as labelled.
