Naptol is a cheating company....

My nam is Binu, from Kerala.I have purcahed a shoe called Vito Carlo( order no 6070618 dt 3/3/13). In advertisement they have shown a branded one, but when its deliverd it was a local shoe. And I orderd 9 inch but deliverd 10 inch. It was totally waste of money. When I complained there was no replay. So dont belive Naptol at any cost. My id is binusanker@yahoo.co.in

never ever order from naaptol... they are totally waste... not at all trustworthy.. they cancelled my order without even asking me.. if u check the reviews of naaptol then u will find that it has got hell lot of criticisms... its totally waste... never ever buy from there.. n dont even think of making payment at the time of order... coz if u do that then b sure that you will be harrased badly for the next few days...

fraud naapol, cheats and not working

I would like to say that this is my second worst experience with naapol in buying product.

I had placed the order on 29th Dec 2012, but it was in my hand just on 7th Jan 2013, where the courier boy say to pick it up from the office, when i got it and trying to download software for pass 2 days with the help of wi-fi it is not getting connected, i really don't understand what type of product you people manufacture and i will write the same review in the net so that you people don't cheat others too.

Guys never buy anything from naaptol. Flipcart is best. These people commit a lot but worst support and customer care. noone can speak proper english and for any questions their answer is email support@naaptol.com. email is bouncing back today. they dont even transfer call to supervisor. I received the product yesterday and have some complaints. Very very very worst customer service.

absolutely horrible service! i had ordered a book from naaptol on the 27th of june 2012. according to their website, the expected delivery time was 2-3 days. given the fact that it was a weekend following my order, i expected the book to arrive on monday or latest by tuesday. no sign of it till now!

i called up the courier guys, one of the biggest names in india. they gave me some cock and bull story about "we will deliver in the next 2 days. it was diwali and we were shut. sorry sir we will deliver." and i like a fool took their word for it.

i also emailed customer service at naaptol quite a few times. getting frustrated, i called them today and got the same management textbook response from the idiots there - "we are trying to expedite your delivery sir, we are sorry for the delay and we apologise for the inconvenience."

just because they give a discount, i guess they believe they have the right to hold customers to ransom. this is ridiculous service. there is no responsibility on part of both naaptol and their lousy courier service, bluedart. i hope no one else suffers because of their total lack of responsibility.but at the same time their competitor like discountsvu.com, or infibeam is doing well in the market,so they need to think to stay in the game

I would like to share my worst experience with Naaptol. I gave an order for Acer Netbook coz it costs me Rs.2000/- less than any other website. So before ordering I called the customer care to inquire if the product is available. He said yes, very politely & talking nicely. Also said that you will receive the product in 10 working days. I placed the order online paying by credit card. After the order I didn't even receive a order confirm message. Which other site does. After some days got a message that your order is in process. 15 days gone, I didn't receive the product. Within this 15 days i called them so many times they always say politely u will get it in another 7 days. No status update nothing. They will give only 2 answers: first, u will get it in 10 working days & secondly, it is under quality check. I think they take a 15-20 days to do quality check ;-) that's why after calling so many times they told me that the product is defective and you will get another piece in 7 days. It's such a harassment. totally disgusting experience. finally i receive a message from them after 22 days that your order is cancelled because we don't have in stock. If you don;t have in stock then why the hell you take the order. The company is owned by Manu Agarwal. I don't know how this person is looking after all this mismanagement. He should learn something from flipkart, yebhi, myntra & infibeam. They give awesome service & their delivery is very fast & always updating you about each & every step. they have told me to refund my money now in 15 days. GOD knows how much time they will take it...

I WOULD SINCERELY SUGGEST YOU NOT TO PURCHASE FROM HERE & REPENT LATER. BETTER BUY FROM WELL KNOW & TRUSTWORTHY SITES. ZERO STAR FROM MY SIDE.

I WOULD SUGGEST EVERYBODY TO PURCHASE FROM SITES LIKE SNAPDEAL, FLIPKART, INFIBEAM, BUYTHEPRICE, MYNTRA, YEBHI, FASHIONANDYOU, INDIAPLAZA. I HAVE PERSONALLY PURCHASED FROM THIS SITE..YOU WILL BE SATISFIED FROM THEIR SERVICE. THESE SITES ARE THE BEST.

how to sent this product to your warehouse again
the box should contain 2gb memory card with card reader and software disk and the product is not at all genuine and memory card slot was broken and the accesories are not original and how can i accept this.
i have attached the pics for your reference.
this is totally a used product and contacted sony care also they also said the same thing

my parents are keep on asking me.iam not getting face to reply them.
