I ordered a air-conditioning machine from them twice the first order was about 7 weeks coming i had a tracking number but the updates on the tracking were slow when I decided to question it i immediately was told they will cancel my order and I did immediately get a refund.
Then a week or so later I saw the same product for sale again with what seemed to be different company so I placed new order and the very same thing happened so I checked out the logistics company they sent me and it is non existent this is a scam a very strange one but a scam all the same

This was the worst online experience i have ever had.
7 weeks to receive the 2 Shadow Carry T shirts. then when they arrived they were so small. i ordered a 2XL and they were sized like my Grandsons Medium. then they stated there was no return policy but offered $6 back?

Do not buy the wall mounted air conditioner. It's really a heater. Mine came broken, asked for refund and they offerwd $8. I said no and then they offered $12. I paid a total of $91.04 i rated 1 star so I could write. I do not recomend this company.

51mm Beer Bottle Mortar Bottle Opener finally arrived, but in a crushed box. There were no parts list or assembly instructions, so I don't know what might be missing or how to but the thing together.

It took an extraordinary amount of time for delivery. It is so thin my pistol weighs it down to my waistline. For that matter my pistol doesn't fit in it. A definite waste of money.

I ordered on the 28th of June and until the 17th of July, no delivery: Wall-mounted air conditioner for domestic use × 1
Sent them two emails and their answer was automatically the same:
I’m so sorry that your order hasn’t arrived yet. I definitely understand how frustrating this must be for you.
We have asked the carrier to expedite transportation speed.
But sometimes logistics have some delays.

Brilliant service

They claim to have sent the package twice. The tracking seems bogus - very detailed on the international end (oddly, once purportedly from Italy, once from China) but once it crosses to the US, the shipping update is vague and devoid of any detail:

Keep away from this company. It's a scam. They don´t send the items and refuse to return the money.

Please please please do not order from this company, I ordered 2 x twin pack of genuine Milwaukee battery’s and when the order turned up they were not genuine Milwaukee battery’s they were fakes,
also only half of my order got delivered and I’m still in the middle of trying to sort it out they’re arguing that I only ordered 2 battery’s when it clearly states on they’re advert “twin pack” and I purchased 2 x twin packs and they only sent me 1 x twin pack saying I only ordered 2 battery’s not 2 twin packs even tho they have charged me for 2 twin packs,
What ever your thinking of buying on they're website DONT, try and find it on a trusted reliable website instead

Ordered a set of pin hole cameras got two cameras the size of a mouse. Their adverts are not what you're going to receive.
AVOID!

The least serious online company I've ever seen. This company send automatic emails when you've a problem. My parcel is stuck in one city in Switzerland for the last 2 months. They ask to be patient. In one email they even said they would resend the order. In my dreams. Money lost. I should say : MONEY STOLEN. Don't trust them AT ALL !
