I bought a sterling silver necklace/pendant for my mother for Christmas. It is junk! I used to be a gold buyer and I KNOW that gold, silver, and platinum DO NOT magnetize. My pendant however does! Making it even worse is the big MADE IN TIAWAN stamp on the back. It and the flimsy necklace are both stamped 925 (sterling silver) but only the necklace is silver. I contacted them and have to pay to ship it back and it takes 30 days to get another (also junk?) replacement. Don't buy from this company!
purchased a 1.5carat princess cut earrings for my wife. They were no larger than her 1.0 carat round she owns. Also one of the earrings was a round cut put in a princess setting! Unbelievable!! Still waiting a month later for refund. Getting ready to report them to the BBB and more!
I ordered black and white diamond earrings and when i received them, one of the black stone from one of the pair was missing. I'm so disappointed and unhappy. then i emailed them asking what to do and telling them about it 10 times and they replayed after 3 weeks. I'm never gonna order from this website anymore in my life!
TERRIBLE Customer Service. I ordered diamond stud earrings and when I received them they were milky yellow with obvious inclusions. Terrible company! If you value your money, don't waste it on Jewelry from Nataya! I'm STILL waiting for my refund.
I had purchased from Netaya in the past and was happy with the ring, however this time my experience was not good. I purchased diamond accent hoop earrings.
Unfortunately when I received them they were more silver hoop, then diamond. The picture was unrepresentative of this. They weren't that expensive so I considered keeping them as silver hoops. Just a week after I submitted my order online (not even the ship date), I saw that they were discounted. I contact the customer service department to see if they would offer a price adjustment of $11; I mentioned that I had purchased from them in the past. I could have just re-bought the earrings and returned the 1st pair but I figured they, like many companies who value their customers, would offer an adjustment, no problem.
I was very wrong. A few days after I inquired, I received an email saying that since I had no history of purchasing from them the best they could do was offer $11 credit off an additional $75 purchase. Again, the reason they gave was because I had never purchased something from them.
I sent back an email stating that in fact, I had, and gave them the order information and number.
They responded that for security reasons they could not see orders after a certain time period (starting conveniently 2 days after my first order date) and that since my request was two weeks after my initial hoop earring purchase they weren't going to do anything.
I wrote them back and corrected them - my request was just 8 days after my purchase, not 2 weeks. Still waiting a reply, but at this point I am completely done with them.
Netaya does not value customer service at all. I mean really, this is over $11 for a past customer. It really bothered me how they accused me of lying about my claim of purchasing something from them before, rather then ask me what I bought (I have all the emails and paperwork). I ended up returning the earrings.
I will never buy from them again and discourage anyone from doing so. Their quality was so-so an
