Good website, easy to navigate. Great range of products at great prices. I ordered 2 dog collars which I could not find on my usual shopping sites, ie Amazon, Ebay etc. Great products - just what I was looking for. Quick delivery once dispatched. Only niggle was the slight delay on dispatch - ordered on 28 Jan but not dispatched until 1 Feb - 4 day delay. Overall good shopping experience and will most likely use again.
The two dog coats I ordered are keeping my two little dogs warm and dry. Dry being the most important as they have thick coats which the rain penetrates easily.
The raspberry coloured one is an unusual and pretty colour and contrasts nicely with my female dogs mainly black coat. The navy looks great on my male apricot coloured dog. The navy one did have a unusual smell, possibly been in a barn or something but lit looked new so just a storage problem maybe.
On the whole great service and costing.
Hay everyone have you not noticed that all products have been removed from store a while ago, do not have a go at the sales customer service staff it is not there fault , just place a claim with your card company , bank or paypal , there are other people worse off than you , like those that have now no job etc , remember it is not the staffs fault these things happen to companies all time
I ordered filters for my fish tank. I speciifically called the help line and talking to a member of staff as I needed the filters to arrive next day and wanted to know if I could get this service - even if it cost me extra in postage. I was assured that if I paid for the courier service at £4.99 then I would receive the order as goods were in stock and available to dispatch. I double checked twice with the staff member that this was the case and then logged in and placed my order.
The value of goods was not much with the total order coming to just over £25 but we are now 5 weeks down the line and I still have not received my goods or had any response to my e-mails or any luck in contacting the company over the phone!
Definately would not recommend this company and would not give them your money! I also lost one of my son's fish as a result of the lack of delivery as I could not source filters locally and ended up with difficulties in our tank! Gutted and a very upset 3 year old too!

If you are lucky enough to have read the reviews before ordering, do no waste your money on ordering anything from them. My order never turned up and they had already taken the money, so I e mailed as per their contact details and then I e mailed again and then for a third time....NO response! Then I tried to call them and for two whole days at any time between their "opening hours" the recorded message says that they are not open and the times they are are from and til!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!! and £15 worse off!!!!!
Like others I have ordered some products on the 7th February. Money has been taken out of my account, there is no confirmation that the products ordered have been sent and they have not been delivered. I am also unable to contact the company by phone and no one has responded to my emails. waste of my time making the order and now i have to try and get my money back.

I ordered an amount of food back on Feb 8th. Some of it came. Some of it was missing. I received an email saying the rest would come in 7 days. It didnt. Ive sent many emails and had no reply. No matter what time you call it says the office is closed for both sales & support. It also seems the website has stopped updating. Id avoid.
I placed my order on 5th Feb and have still not recieved! I have emailed the company many times and tried to phone, but lines are closed!! I am out of pocket and very angry. I have had to file a claim through paypal which can take another 30days!! I only wanted a bed for my doggy for gods sake.!!!!
My experience matches most of those below: order placed, money taken, goods not delivered, completely uncontactable. Have contacted PayPal in the hope of getting my money back, but who will recompense me (and the dog) for all this time and hassle?
If they are in trouble, they should say so!
Ordered a product for my daughters birthday paid for 24hr delivery, took 48hrs. Product of very poor quality, damaged first time used, teenage daughter very upset about quality and disappointed that it did not last despite first use. Return took ages to sort, poor with emails, even poorer by telephone. Did refund product and postage. Returned postage in form of cheque - do not understnd why!
Will not be using again.
Placed my order on the 10th Feb, the money has been taken from my account but no contact re when i can expect delivery. I have emailed them 3 days ago but no response as yet and after reading the reviews on here im not expecting one.
I`m really angry and will be contacting my credit card company in due course to try and claim my money back.
There definitely seems to be something going wrong at NetPetShop at the moment. I ordered twice in 2 days. The first order was received within 4 working days. The second order, placed a day later, has still not been received ... that was on 11th February. Emails have gone unanswered as do phone calls (despite being during their business hours). I have noticed a lot of the negative reviews have been from around these dates, so they may be experiencing problems.
I have ordered 3 times from them prior to this batch and on all 3 occassions the service and delivery time was good.
I have just sent them a final email and if I don't get a reply by the end of this week, I will be contacting my credit card company.
The item was ordered nearly two weeks ago on the 9th February 2012 and still no sign of it. I have tried phoning several time and just got a message stating that the office is closed. I have sent a couple of emails which haven't been answered and requested a full refund as the money has been taken from my bank account.

Have been ordering Dog Food from Net Pet shop for over two years without a problem/ last order on the 14th Feb and still no notification on delivery which is normally 48 hours. Phones are not answered and no response from or to Emails.
Can only guess there is a major problem, however still accepting orders,
Will be seeking redress via MasterCard Company.

We received a confirmation email saying the order had been received, we also received a notification of dispath, but have not received anything yet. We have tried to contact by phone and email but cannot get an answer.

I placed an order on 14/02/2012. Still no confirmation of despatch on 21/02/2012. Phoned at 10.30 am on a Tuesday to get message office closed & open from 8.30 am till some time in the afternoon. Still waiting for delivery but now out of dog food so had to order from another company as well who can guarantee me delivery tomorrow. All in all VERY dissatisfied customer!
The service is great the shipping is quick only downfall with the netpet shop is when they are supposed to give u a dispatch email u dont get one Ive had that experience twice. I orderd the wrong size dog coat for my dog. So I sent it back and they did get it and after they dipatched it out no email was sent to let me know. I had to email them. I find that very bad in that respect but other than that they are very good pet store. I want to give some advise to the netpet shop please let your customers know when u dispatch items because thats only fair to the customers. They purchasing goods from u that keep your stores open so please let your customers know when dispatching their items.
Order placed and after 8 days nothing. Still showing as not dispatched. Emailed them and tried calling but phone lines say office is closed when its clearly in office opening times. All products removed from their website too.
In process of claiming money back with bank.
I ordered £122.01 worth of products, the only email was sent out to say it may be delayed. I replied to the email to try and find out the status of my order as it had still not been shipped, only to be ignored like every other customer recently. They have now completely deleted all of their products off of their website. They do not man their phone lines during the "opening times" stated by their answer message. So basically Net Pet Shop has stolen my money. And then they have the cheek to send me an email asking me to write a review about their service!
I too am trying to recover my money through Paypal!
Our guinea pig lives under our porch and he is now in love with his med size tent. Bought the med size bed and it fits perfectly inside. I searched for hours on the net and finally found your tent. Was leery of purchasing something from the UK but it arrived lightening fast and we are really happy with the quality of items.
As with other reviewers netpetshop are completely uncontactable either by landline (message saying closed when called during their trading hours), mobile as given on PayPal (message saying number not recognised) or e-mail (no reply, mail just ignored).
Item not received and I too am attempting to reclaim my money through PayPal.
I can only assume the positive ratings on here are generated by the company themselves.
