Unresponsive Customer Service
After declining free shipping and paying Purolator Express for an urgent item I waited a week, including two days working at home, waiting for a shipment which never arrived.
Purolator acknowledged that it was their fault, due to driver error, and that I should ask Newegg to call them and they would issue a refund fn the shipping fee. Newegg simply refused.
