I paid $39 USD for a dress that arrived looking nothing like it was advertised online, and on top of that, it didn’t fit.
The return process has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
First, it took four emails just to get them to acknowledge my concern. They kept insisting I received exactly what I ordered. I never disputed that I received an order. My issue was that the product was poor quality, did not match the online photos, and wasn’t as advertised.
Instead of honoring a reasonable return, they started offering partial refunds:
* $4
* then $6
* then $8
After that, they simply stopped increasing the offer and repeatedly sent messages saying things like, “Please don’t be angry, we’re trying to help you,” while completely ignoring my actual questions and refusing to provide a real solution.
Now they’ve stopped responding to my emails altogether.
The moral of the story:
* Poor quality product.
* Even worse customer service.
* A return policy that appears designed to wear customers down rather than resolve legitimate issues.
