Great Prices and Great Service
I found O2gearshop while searching online for some Patagonia gear I was trying to hunt down due to my local stores being out of stock. Their prices were the best out there, and their return polices appeared friendly enough, so I thought I would take a chance ordering gear in colors and sizes I wasn't sure about.
I couldn't be happier. The product arrived fast and in great condition. A few of the sizes and colors didn't work for me (I was taking changes on things like "Grecian Blue"), so I had to return them. No problems on the returns, and they were very fair with respect to the return values for which I had used coupons which they pro-rated the coupons for each item - an unexpected and very customer friendly gesture.
I have since place an additional two orders with O2 and they will always be a first go to for outdoor products.

Superb!
I found o2Gearshop while shopping the web for a discontinued hiking shoe. They had it and the price was very reasonable so I gave them a shot. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The item arrived in a timely manner and it was exactly what I ordered. The ordering process was efficient and the communication was pleasant and to the point. I am definitely going to purchase from them again.

Love my North Face hoodie!
I was so happy that I found this website. The prices of North Face Denali's are much cheaper than everywhere else I have looked. So happy that I purchased my North Face hoodie from there, I wear it everyday and it is the best purchase I have made in a long time. Great prices, and fast shipping are the best combo.

The price was too good to believe
My daughter "had to have" a North Face for her birthday. Of course, the sale at the mall were out of her size. o2gearshop was the only site I found with prices comparable to the store sale prices. Boy, am I happy I took the chance on this purchase. Easy to order, got exactly what my daughter was looking for. No shipping delay either.

Great Company!
My granddaughter wanted a North Face jacket for Christmas,but the retail cost was to high. I found the exact jacket on O2gearshop for $50.00 less. She was thrilled with the jacket and I was thrilled with the price and service!

Whenever I'm looking for new gear, I go straight to O2Gearshop.com. They have the best prices across the board, compared to any other online store. I have returned a few items due to sizing/fit issues and their customer service was prompt and courteous. I highly recommend them to anyone!

Great Patagonia Buy!
I just found the perfect jacket at O2 Gear Shop and the price was lower than every other site I checked out. It arrived super quick and was perfect for the trail run I had to do that weekend. I would totally recommend 02GearShop!

I cant believe the savings I got on my fleece jacket...I purchased the same jacket for $99.00 but after one day decided it was too much to pay so I returned it...I can't believe that the next week I found the same jacket online at O2GEARSHOP for 62.00 what a savings I bought it online and had it within 2 days way to go

great products at terrific prices
My daughter found out about o2gearshop and I went online and found exactly what we were looking for at a fantastic price. I quickly checked out the online competition which I have ordered from before, and found out that o2's prices were much lower than the other online competitors. The product shipped very quickly and the entire process seemed flawless. I definitely will purchase NorthFace from this online company again!!

O2gearshop.com delivers again
Over the past year I have ordered a ski & binding package, ski jacket & marker bindings for another pair of skis. I have been completely satisfied with the selection and pricing. The shipping has been free for all my purchases and shipping time was quick with the exception of the ski jacket. I will add it took 10 days to receive it but have experienced worse with other merchants.
I keep this site on top of my list when shopping for outdoor winter gear.

O2 Gear Shop has great gear, prices, and service: Review - Patagonia Alpine Guide Pants: These pants have exceeded my expectations and I actually bought a second pair a few weeks after the purchase of the first pair. The fit and attention to detail in the construction of these pants are superb. The Hardface Polartec Power Shield stretch woven fabric, combined with the articulated knees allow for excellent freedom of movement. The fabric is extremely durable. On approaches, these pants have taken jabs from sharp-pointed, broken tree limbs and survived my falls on wet, jagged rocks with no damage. The flat aluminum buckle and integral belt are very functional. The crampon/ski edge guard reinforcement patches are well designed and tough. These pants are warm, bombproof, and of the finest quality typical of Patagonia!

Best place on the web for outdoor gear and clothing
O2gearshop.com offers the best combination of price, size variety, colors and brands on the web. It's always the first place I look when needing something. Recently I've bought several Patagonia fleeces, and have been able to get the colors/sizes I wanted at 10-30% less than other sites. Service and shipping are great, too. Would definitely recommend you check them out.

Great store!
We spend a lot of time in Vermont and I was looking for a shorter down jacket as an alternate to my longer North Face Metropolis. First I purchased the Patagonia Nano Puff and it was to short for me in both the front and back (5'4", 130). I ordered the NF Thunder, M it is is perfect!. Light yet very warm, perfect length and fit. O2 has amazing prices, better than most websites. Just purchased awesome ski's for my daughter at O2, great price, really fast shipping. Thx!

Don't hesitate to purchase products from o2gearshop.com. You rarely, if ever, will find the deep discounts they have at "big box" stores. Shipping is a little slow but worth the wait for the price.

Best deal on Patagonia on the Internet!
I purchased two Patagonia Down Sweater jackets (one for myself and one for my husband) in January. The jackets were marked down $80 from original retail. Best deal on the internet by far (and I checked several other retailers pricing before making the purchase.) This is my third purchase from o2 Gearshop in six months and I will be a repeat customer!

Great gear! Unbeatable prices!
Before a ski trip, I was shopping around for women's long length ski pants. Not only did I find them at O2, but their price was better than other sites I shopped. They arrived quickly and I enjoyed them immensely on my trip. I'll definitely shop at O2 again!

Wowsers! Great product/$, but loust customer service ;(
I began purchase of the Patagonia Down sweater jackets back in Dec. saw them on everyone in Tahoe & all they could say is " gotta have 1 in every color!" That spoke volumes. Since you can find them anywhere, I started checking for "deals." The 02 Gearshop had a $20 off coupon my sister found & used. So I began my quest to get one & to talk w/ CS about a purchase- or 5! Yes, I ended up getting 5 total, but much to my chagrin as I was put on hold a total of over 5 hours, left voice mails ( at least 10). Called repeatedly, just trying to get a person- no luck:(. Finally ordered online when on sale, still calling & emailing, & trying to get a human....blah, blah. This is where I usually stop as I admire & reward good CS- but the jacket was so great, I'm giving O2 a pass. Doing this survey in hopes it'll get posted & I can use the $20 to get a vest ;)
So, good luck, don't expect human interaction, but do expect a good product!!!
