Cheap but not chespest
I don't usually write reviews for websites or shops but when asked I was more than happy. The dining chair set we bought from Oak Furniture Solutions is exceptional, not the cheapest, but cheaper than a shop and is the most amazing table and chair set I have ever seen. It has got the WOW factor alright! I would recommend oak furniture solutions without hesitation.

We are happy but didn't get a call back quickly
I have read some of the reviews on this site and have to say I am surprised. We ordered a bedroom suite and received it quickly with no fuss. The only complaint we could have would be that on one occasion we couldn’t get through as the lines were busy and the call back came a good few hours later, which was a little inconvenient.

We saved £300 with this company
We have just received our order of Lyon Oak, direct from www.OakFurnitureSolutions.co.uk. Fantastic value for money and saved over £300 in total from a bid department store. Its exactly the same furniture as well, so yes we are very happy.
Delivery was quick and the driver even brought it to the dining room for me and was very helpful and professional.

Fantasica!
We bought a Cambridge TV stand, coffee table and cd/dvd cabinet from Oak Furniture Solutions in Sept and it arrived within 7 days. The delivery company turned up on the day it said it would and we had no problems at all. The Cambridge stuff is first-class so no complaints at all.

Appalling Customer service
Despite many Emails and telephone calls requesting a refund for a sideboard that was cancelled only days after ordering, the company fails to reply to my messages.
I paid £645 to them. I am appalled at their service. I can certainly advise extreme caution when dealing with them.
Will I receive my refund without court action?

Many thanks for your feedback and please accept my sincerest apologies for the problems you have experienced with your order.
I understand that when you placed your order we advised on our website that it would be advisable to call for availability on stock. Due to the long lead time on the item you wished to cancel the order and I apologise for the delay. We are very reliant on our suppliers for accurate information regarding stock levels and incoming stock dates, and all we can do is pass this information on to you throughout the process.
Our refunds are normally processed within 14 days and legally we have 30 days in which to process them. I can see that you chased your refund a few days after you had cancelled, having been told it would be fast tracked and I apologise that you felt you had to chase it. We did deal with it as soon as we were aware and it was processed 3 days after you cancelled the order.
I can fully understand your frustration with the service you have received and can assure you this is not the service levels we aim to achieve, or indeed usually offer. Once again please accept my apologies,

Hereford Oak Furniture Packages. Excellent
I ordered some Herford oak furniture on 1/9/11 from Oak Furniture Solutions and it was told it was available for delivery the week after, as it was in stock. The delivery company called me within 6 days to book us in for delivery but we were not able to make the first appointment suggested, so went for one a few days later. The delivery company turned up at the time that they said they would and delivered our furniture last weekend. When we opened the boxes we were surprised that the Herford Oak double pedestal desk needed assembling, but the assembly instructions were easy to understand and now that it is put together it is very sturdy and looks great in our office. All of the furniture in the oak packages we received for our cottage is of a very high standard, all solid oak and very well made. I would definitely buy from Oak Furniture Solutions again

Bad - Very bad !!!
We bought a £400 table and the surface started to peel off within weeks. Then contacted oakfurnituresolutions.co.uk and they refused to replace or offer money back !!! AVOID !!!
After my initial email they stopped replying and ignored me altogether.
Then spoke to [name removed], a customer service person, and I never got anywhere. Sent photos of the table after which they accused me of misusing it!!!
All around, bad product - awful service, waiste of money !!!

Cambridge Oak Bedroom Range - Great!

Palermo Oak Dining Table 200cm & 6 Santander Chairs

Camden Painted Pine Bedroom furniture package
We recently bought a Camden Bedroom furniture pack from this company and totally disagree with some of the reviews below. Admittedly I was nervous of buying from an online company but called before hand and spoke to someone in their call centre. They were professional and very helpful. I placed the order over the phone and received and email straight after confirming my order. The furniture was delivered to us within 10 days, and we live all the way in Edinburgh! When it arrived we opened it up and was very happy with everything we received. Apart from the wardrobe and bed everything else was already assembled. The pieces that needed assembling were very straight forward. We are very happy with our purchase and would order from this company again without a second thought. Thanks very much

Extremely Happy!
We have just received out Camden range of furniture from Oak Furniture Solutions. I must say we are very happy and the furniture looks very nice in my sons bedroom.

This beautiful furniture has transformed our bedroom!
Having done my homework (both online and instore) for quality oak bedroom furniture at reasonable prices, I was drawn back to Oak Furniture Solutions each time.
We purchased the Devon Oak range and we are really, really pleased with it. It has truly transformed our bedroom. It looks great and is unbelievably solid - not a thing is tacky.
As for customer service - spot on! Even when I added to my order late on, things were dealt with no problem. The delivery was well within the time range given.
I will definitely shop with this store again and would be only too happy to recommend them.
PS - I don't usually leave reviews but due to the quality product and service given by OFS I felt it unfair not to.

Item is well made and excellent value
It went a bit quiet after the initial confirmation of my order and I started to get just a little concerned as the items was stated as in stock. However I sent an email to them and a response soon followed.

Excellent service
I ordered two lamp tables, and unfortunately payment went through twice, but this was quickly rectified. Ordered goods at the weekend and received the same by courier only 3 days later, whichI thought was brilliant for free delivery service. The tables are of excellent quality and I will certainly be returning to Oak Furniture Solutions to add to these tables. Would deinitely recommend this company

High quality furniture at great prices
I bought a bookshelf, nest of tables and TV cabinet. I'm over the moon with them. They really are beautiful, high quality peices of furniture at a very good price. After ordering them it was about 3/4 weeks until they were delivered, some people would find this a problem where as I didn't.........gave me chance to finish my decorating. Would definately use oak furniture solutions again.

Product great - delivery ok 2nd time around
I have bought bedroom furniture before and on this occasion bought a book case. I am delighted with all the products but the delivery failed to materialise on the first confirmed date. We heard nothing but after a couple of calls to customer services all was well but over a week later.

I can see from our records that when you ordered we appeared to have item in stock in our warehouse and booked you in for a delivery. Unfortunately it appears that we had problems with our stock levels and could not deliver the item on the date specified.
Please accept my apologies for this error, I can only assure you that we do regular stock checks to avoid this type of problem occurring.
I can see that we ordered the item in from our supplier and were able to deliver it to you within a week after this which I hope went some way to rectifying the delay.

Bought Cuba Acacia table and benches, had to wait 2 weeks for stock to come in but they delivered as soon as they could with no hassles, good communication and it arrived when they said it would. The furniture is lovely, very solid, heavy and great quality. I love it in my new kitchen, would definitely recommend.

Excellent
The furniture that we purchased was of excellent quality. Because there was a delay in when we could take delivery (our fault) the furniture was kept by the delivery company for longer than might be normal and unfortunately was somewhat damaged whe we finally took delivery.
However the Oakfurnituresolutions were excellent in dealing with the problem in a timely and curteous manner.
I would definately recommend them for both quality of product and quality of service. Top marks!

Quality and service excellent

I have had a brief look at your order and it does seem to of taken a lot longer than expected for a Cambridge item, I will personally look into what has happened and why you were not informed of the delay.
I would like to apologise for the long delivery time and the lack of communication. It is not acceptable and falls far below our usual service standards and expectations.

Great product, great price, good delivery
I bought the Camden blanket box, which having searched the net for hours, seemed to look good and be good value for money. Delivery took the expected time, about 5 weeks, with a phone call from the delivery company to let me know when I was due to get the item. On the day the delivery driver phoned ahead to explain running a little late (only 10 mins). Item was well packaged, as expected and is great ! Really pleased with it.

Solid, Well Made Furniture.
We have placed three orders for furniture from the Vancouver Range now and have been very pleased with the quality of all the pieces. Delivery times good, our last order delivered on Sunday which was very convienient. Pleasant delivery driver but thought it was unusual that only one person to deliver very heavy items, so make sure someone able to assist with heavy lifting is at home when it arrives.

How do you review something that should be here by now, but there is no sign of yet?!
Estimated delivery was 2 weeks (order was timed to coincide with my being on leave from work), 4 weeks on I'm still waiting to find out when (if) the chairs may be delivered. Have chased, apparently I have to wait for a van to be in my area. I'm in an easily accessible area of Kent, not Mongolia. Obviously can't comment on quality as I've not seen my chairs yet. Maybe they'll be worth the wait, although considering cancelling the order due to lack of delivery and advice. UPDATE 4 chairs finally received, 2 severely damaged - many months and numerous unanswered e-mails later, company FINALLY agreed to pay £70 so that I could have them repaired and guess what .... STILL WAITING FOR THE REFUND OVER A MONTH LATER AND E-MAILS STILL UNANSWERED. NOW OFF TO TRADING STANDARDS. Do not touch with a barge pole.

This is the second time i have shopped with oak furniture the quality of my pieces are outstanding both were brought in the sale, so at first i was worried about the quality of the side board at such a good price. My goods arrived on time and i recieved a curtersy call with estimated time of arrival, the product was well packaged only issue was 2 handles were missing but after a phone call this was resolved.I will deffinetly recomend the company to others. im also looking for a new bed so oak furniture will be my first choice.

Product okay, service okay
Didn't get much communication from them and the sideboard handles were very poor quality such that I have bought after-market ones. Price was good. Would I use them again? Only if there was no alternative.
