What an absolute joke !!!i had a advert come onto my phone for some see through storage bags ,the pictures showed them full of towels ,clothes ,videos etc I ordered a pack of 12 for almost 50 quid and you'd be lucky to put more than 10 flannels on one !!!!never again !

This order was an Easter present. It did not arrive till today, 11 April and on opening, it was nothing like the pictures. So tiny!
I would not use this company again, as it seems that everything is not up to standard.

Bought a few lights for our property in Spain, was hoping to buy a few more but seen they had to close, Such a shame were really great guys to deal with. all the best with the future.

I have been waiting 5 weeks for 2 lamps. I think company out of business. Want a refund,but no answer to email and no # to call R Reiter

Bought what it said was a large fern, waited for weeks to it arrive only for it to be what I can only describe as a twig.
Would love my money back.
Be careful with this site.
Won’t be going anywhere near these again

Bought 3 outside lights for c.£150 each. These lights were meant to be suitable for outside with a high IP rating. 6 months size purchasing them they are all rusting horribly meaning the quality is shocking and they are certainly not suitable for outdoors. DO NOT BUY!

Ordered a light on 13th March. Said 3-5 days. Emailed and told there was a delay and to expect it after waiting 14 days. No update and it's now May. Now I see the company no longer exists. Still no light and £80 gone!!!

THEFT!!! TOOK OUR ORDER KNOWINGLY. SET UP A NEW BUSINESS 9 DAYS AGO ACCORDING TO COMPANIES HOUSE.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! Do not use, you will not get your money back. I have reported but nobody seems to do anything. Have reported to trading standards

Scam took money, 6 weeks later after lots of failed deliveries,,,, and empty promises nowt,, luckily I paid on creditcard but still no refund to date... avoid

Despite promises of refund since Feb 2024 now discover the website is down and the company is in liquidation.
Fake fake fake

Scam merchant's , take your money, you do not get your goods, when they have enough money, they close the website down and telephone numbers are unobtainable. Avoid at all costs.
If you look at many recent reviews, numerous people have had the same experience. If you go onto Companies House which is a free service, you can find the individual who operates this sham organisation. You can then easily find said person on Social Media , just type in the name of the company and district Middleborough and you will find him especially as it mentions Ocean Lighting, then feel free to give him a bit of his own medicine. How this outfit has any good reviews is beyond me. He should be barred from being a director because of the unscrupulous trading.

Order place, it was taking to long. I called to cancel order, was told to email. I got a reply that money was being refunded, it never arrived and they have disappeared. Had to contact Visa. Not happy. Hate people taking our hard earned money.

BEWARE IT IS A SCAM... Paid for lights which were then 'out of stock' and haven't been able to get refund. telephone number doesn't work and website is now down.

Scammers placed 2 orders, got none.

This company is a scam. Same experience as others - paid £241 for 3 lights back in March. Was fobbed off during a number of phone / email conversations.

Then website and phone number went down so contacted my bank and got money refunded

Absolutely dreadful this company. Paid £177 for a ceiling light. Was advised would take 7 to 10 days to arrive . This was the end of March and still no light. After numerous calls most of which I never got through, I managed to speak to Connor . I asked for refund he advised he would arrange , still no refund. I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased. Now the website is down and you cannot contact the number given. I am now contacting my bank to see if there is anything they can do . I am also contacting Trading Standards to report them. Please do not order anything off this company total scammers .

Order never came.

SCAMMERS. I ordered a lamp in February (spent over £100), the order didn't arrive after 2 weeks so emailed. They replied to say it would be in stock by 1st April. Well April Fool me as its still not arrived, no replies to emails, messages, website down, no phone number. Basically they have stolen people's money!

Ordered a lamp shade - received confirmation - no lamp shade arrived. Now says closed due to unforeseen circumstances but no refund in sight.
