This company seems like complete scam to me. Paid and rented out parking spot which seems to be not existing at all. There is not parking spot with the same parking number as is mentioned on their website, even their partner company can not find it. Furthermore, no replies on complains, no customer service on phone.

Poor

Extremely poor customer service and they can’t even deliver an invoice with Mail so you have to pay for the postal fee as an addition.

Unreas

Unreasonable customer service. I was parked as Leo’s fun park in Aalborg, and forgot to initially register my car (an entry fee / ticket to the fun park enables one to free parking). I then realised my mistake and rushed to register my car. Upon leaving the fun park, I could see a ticket in my windshield with a time difference of 5mins. I contacted customer service providing proof of my registration, ticket to the fun park, but the customer service department demands a full payment.

0 stars would be more appropriate for this vulture like, company. No clear messages, nothing in english of course in front of shopping centers etc. Going to pick up some supplies already ordered and packed for 10 minutes and you find an 800 ticket and no employee around(after having spent like 10 minutes around the parking lot to try to find out if you have to pay a parking fee or not). Worst parking control company....

Also, their system to send you the receipt in email doesn't even work..

UNFAIR FINES GENERATOR COMPANY

If there would be option zero star i would select it. First time in Denmark start with awful experience. I am not someone who just get ou from his country. I have travelled so far more than 30 countries. And in all these countries, mostly in shopping malls parking is FREE! In the other cases parking is free for a limited time. At entrance you take your card barrier opens, if you stayed less than allowed time, you pay nothing, if you exceed this time you pay for this extra time. So there is no trap like with onepark in Denmark. My situation;
In my first day on my way to hotel, i wanted to change money in a shopping mall in Esbjerg. It was a awfully rainy day. I have parked my car and i ran inside of the mall. And stayed maximum 20 min. When i return to may car i saw fines. As if these guys were waiting for the opportunity to issue this penalty for me. when i returned i even saw this guy and kindly asked him to cancel it by explaining. He said nothing to do go and complain to website. There is NO OFFICE. They exist only on website. I had even receipt with date and time that i got from car rental agency according to which it was clear enough that i stayed in this parking lot maximum 30 min. So i have filled form on site and they replied in a most unofficial way by saying "Hi Latif" You are not my friend. How dare you! And plus they say do reply anymore to and not fill form. And if i do not pay they will start legal procedures. After checking for comments, i think that they aim to earn money by issuing fees in this unfair way insted of working properly. FINES HAS TO BE ISSUED FOR THOSE ABUSING RULES. It genarates only anger! One more irritating point is that ok i will pay this UNFAIR FINES. But why cant i pay other than bank transfer? I am not livin in Denmak, in order to make international transfer, i have to pay extra 36 Euro. As conclusition, with all my heart i wish that this company is going to bankrupt soon!

As i see that many people complaing about same think. I think we should come together and open court for such unfair fines! Please contact me who is willing to start this is my e-mail: latifmutlu(at)live.com

I parked my car 14.40 with automatic parking. I could not get a ticket because the machine was broken.
I got a fine 14.45. And was back 14.52.
The employee watches from a window above the parking place.
This is really an embarrassing company for the whole country.
What a disgusting way to do business.
And I say that as a Dane.
Have a good day.

A terrible disgusting company that can not be trusted! We are tourists from Russia traveled to Denmark. Unfortunately, we were not familiar with the rules of the "dial", as in our country they are not. And they were not in the majority of countries we traveled to: Norway, Italy, Spain, etc. We parked the drive station at: havnegade 18 DK-7100 Vejle. Parking is free for 3 hours. But since We had a non-tsiferbalt we wrote a fine. Although it was impossible since before we arrived at the malls, we were in SWEDEN !!! And we had evidence! After that, the company began to send us threats that the tax will look for us in Russia and so that we and m no longer wrote! Be careful! They send threats by mail. And no one knows what to expect from them !!!

Horrible treatment and disrespect

We had the worse experience with onepark, as most of the reviews. We parked in front of a supermarket , with a rented car that we just got, for approximately 5 minutes. We couldn’t understand the signs since they were only in Danish. Moreover, we didn’t know how to use the disc and no one had explained it to us thus far. The controller was obviously hiding and waiting for a new tourist to make a mistake to run and put us a huge and disproportionate fine. As we arrived , we saw him leaving quickly ( going back into hiding ? ) and ran to talk to him. He didn’t want to have anything to do with us and advised us to write to the company if we had a request. So we did , but the answer was ... horrible. They were rude , ironic and disrespectful. We are not used to be treated that way, especially not recieving threats and menaces from the company.
This company is a shame for Dänemark , which is such a nice and polite country. I would advise everyone to boycott onepark as much as possible.

4:34 seconds from the moment I parked the car in front of BIG center in Herlev. to the moment I got a parking ticket because my parking clock restarted itself. They do not respect the law and their controllers are running away like hyenas. After the complaint I got a reply that my complaint is unjustified and that I should pay them 695dkk.
I am willing to take this one to court.

Invisible parking marking lines

I parked my car on a dark parking place while it had been raining. The rain made the concrete darker in color and in combination with the darkness at the parking made the parking lines invisible. You guessed it, i got a fine for parking outside the parking lines, while on the photos of OnePark the lines are also invisible... My advise is to AVOID any OnePark parking, they will do anything to find a reason to fine you.

I even suspect OnePark does choose the color of the concrete stones (of both parking marking lines as the rest of the parking stones) to be so close to each other that people easily do not see the lining and make the mistake as i did.

Very sad that companies like this can continue these practises. Especially the amount they charge for usually a mistake is ridiculous, 795 DKK is for most people two days of work, and OnePark feasts on people's mistakes.

When I asked about a renting a parking…

When I asked about a renting a parking spot in Vanlose Kronen, they just told me to do it from their website. After the fact I am informed that I will not be able to use it 24/7 as it was shown on the website because I do not live or work at Kronen and after 9 pm I have no access to the parking lot. This creates the parking space unusable for me. After talking with somebody from their customer support they told me that there is no way I can receive a refund. I have written an email as she advised me to but I do not hold my breath....i just want my money back....

Shameful excuse for a company

Parked outside the gym which I pay for which is in the same lot as supermarkets, fined 795kr essentially 100euro. A bunch of thieves. Here as a Dutch student for 4 months to experience Denmark and so far I have learnt everything is done to milk every penny out of you. Shameful excuse for a company. Do they expect people who go to the supermarket or people who are paying for a membership to the gym to buy a parking ticket? Or that international people are able to understand a sign hidden away in Danish? That's how businesses get no clients and its not a surprise nobody visits them.

I used parking house in the middle of Copenhagen d. 8.03.2018 for exactly 2 hours. Parking ticket have been sampled 19:14 on the way in and 21:14 on the way out. Anyway I have been charged for 3 hours. After I claimed it to Onepark customer support I received following answer:" You have to pay for 3 hours as following: 19:14 - 20:00; 20:00-21:00; 21:00-21:14 as parking charges for every started hour." I would admit it is not the first parking house which charge for every started hour, but it is first time it counts clock hours and not parking hours.

5 Minuten Parken = 650 DKK

One Park A/S is bad, damages Danish tourism

I parked my car at 1300 Big Centret in Herlev at 8:15 pm on the 9th of January 2018. I had just bought a brand new solar powered digital meter with backup battery for Christmas 2017. I had not, however removed the old manual meter, which was sitting at 10:00. I figured that they would see the new digital meter and know that I had parked there at 8:15pm. Well, 40 minutes later, just before 9pm, they gave me a ticket for 650dkk, sighting that my car had been sitting there since 10am.

When we challenged the ticket, they sent us a photo which clearly shows the digital meter reading at 8:15 pm. So we figured that using their own evidence, they would drop the ticket. NO CHANCE! They sent us a mail back saying we had to pay the ticket anyways.

By the way, when you file a complaint with the company they tell you NOT to pay the ticket until your case is resolved. But when you don't pay the ticket, after 10 days you start accruing late penalty fees, even if your case is in dispute, which means you should pay the ticket anyways in order to avoid that. But once it's paid, case is closed. See how the scam works folks?

Looking on line, I see according to the user ratings, that this company also uses predatory practices to generate money. They have people standing out there waiting for people to forget to set their meters just to write tickets. In my case they have people out there 24/7. So if I really DID park my car at 10am, it wouldn't have taken them 11 hours to find my car in a parking lot.

Parking tickets are supposed to be for people who break the rules. This company uses very shady practices. If any of you have similar stories to share, please come forward so we can take these people to court. I am also looking to connect with former employees who are willing to speak out against this corrupt organization. Even if my case loses, collectively, with enough complaints we can win.

I have already filed a formal complaint with the city of Copenhagen against this company, and I suggest you all do the same.

It is a gang of thieves

It is a gang of thieves. I parked in a private parking area in a dark winter evening (1013 Strandkarvej 87, Horsens). I was there for a late dinner after a long drive from Netherlands. After 1 hour, I got a fine of 750DKK for not setting parking disc. There is no sign in English for this. This company is a thieve, no more, no less. There business is stealing money and not about parking service.

I parked at BIG Herlev on Sunday

I parked at BIG Herlev on Sunday, and due to the change to winter time, I set the p-skive to 14:30 instead of 13:30, because the clock in the car was still on summertime. Surely One Park and their parking attendants have the common sense to understand people might make this mistake the day after changing to winter time. No common sense, no customer service, and no hint of dropping the charge after I wrote to them online. Just out to fleece car drivers at every opportunity. Hope you are happy with the amount of tickets you managed to write out on Sunday you bunch of crooks!
