I made a larger order and unfortunately one of the products was not good, after many emails spoken with one of the employees I filled out the return request, I paid for the return shipping and Orion did not receive the package back, more precisely it did not pick it up from the address where it is written on the website. very bad from them and the parcel came back to me.

We recommend sending the package with “postpakke home” so that it arrives safely in our postboks.
If you don't send the package with "postpakke home", it can happen that the package ends up in a pakkeboks and we don't receive any notification about the delivery or the codes for opening it.The package is then returned to the sender.
