Estaba esperando Xiaomi MI3 casi dos meses una vez pagado, tampoco estaba este móvil en ninguna otra tienda, ha pasado 45 días, y al final me lo enviaron, llegó bastante rápido. Todo perfecto. Es un sitio de confianza.
Basically I used a zip of 10013 instead of 10014 which for some reason caused DHL to fail to deliver (I've never had any problems with deliveries before). Pandawill.com support were completely incapable of tracking the package.
All they kept saying was "Check your local USPS", even after I'd been there in person and USPS had confirmed that they do not handle DHL packages. Then they said their shipping agency had taken the week off as vacation! A whole company on vacation for a whole week. That's great for the customer.
Finally now that it appears as though the package will be returned - BECAUSE I NEVER GOT THE CHANCE TO CORRECT THE ADDRESS BECAUSE THEY HAD NO IDEA WHERE THE PACKAGE WAS FOR > 1 MONTH - I have to pay $15 in delivery costs. Wtf. Avoid.
I've been waiting over two months for my product now, so I sent them a message asking why it was taking so long. They replied deliveries took "30 days and maybe a little longer" and that I should "wait in patience". I've been waiting patiently since December 15th, giving them the benefit of the doubt thinking, it was the holiday season, that's why they're slow. But it's just getting ridiculous now. Hopefully I'll get my package within the next month.
I have placed an order and paid it.after 1 week i will trying to contact them they asked me processing other 5 days passed still no response and the 13th day i have received an email from (I am Nicole from Pandawill,now I´m writing to tell you about your order#100728974, it is ruled by Hk dhl that the parcel including products with battery can not be sent recently.. so we suggest you change it to reg mail shipping method such as TNT post or Deutsche Post. Sincerely) i replied it instantly. and then another 5 days passed no response still not sent and not refunding my money.Fake company don't waste your time on this company
Do not buy ever at Pandawill.com, except you can wait for your device sometimes more than two months, and if you expect the device to work forever. As when it comes to problems, they are unable to communicate and help you in your problem. I have ordered several phones from them, all of them had problems. And when I sent them back, they told me not all accessories were in the box, though I am sure I sent everything back. They will take your money and show the finger. Ah, and they told me at the beginning of January that they will send back the item for repair at the end of February. THIS IS NOT A CUSTOMERSUPPORT. Pandawill is not a trustable company, do not ever buy from pandawill.com.
Ik kocht een Jiagyu G5 op pandawill ; na 2 maanden wachten werd deze geleverd met een aantal defecten. Bepaalde lettertoesten werken niet ; en 2 applicaties blijven staan in het chinees. Er wordt geen garantie gegeven en het terugsturen van de GSM is op eigen kosten ! Onbetrouwbare site !

I purchased a smart phone (over $ 300). From the start things went wrong. It took 2 weeks for process the order (they said 2 days) it turns out they do not have the phone; long story short I received the phone after 69 days to be surprised that the Camera does not work and few scratches on the screen (clearly an used phone); And the emails marathon started; - They requested photos and videos. - They asked me to repair it in my country for a "reasonable amount" and record the process for their approval …… - Finally they asked to return it only for reparation (which I refused! Will take 65 days to get there and another 65 days to have it back) Up to now I have sent 30 emails (an email everyday) asking for replacement or refund; to receive the same response yet signed by different name ( clearly that Pandawill has only one person but with a million English names), their only response is SEND BACK THE PHONE FOR REPARATION; according to their policy they don’t accept replacement nor refund..!!!!! In conclusion; if you want to waste your money deal with Pandawill, they are professionals at steeling you hard work money.
I have passed two orders on this website and all I get in return where problems : - mails from pandawill two weeks after placing the order telling me the items where out of stock ... - delivery problems, pacakages returned and so on I have more than 50 orders on other websites and I've never seen something like this. I ordered a smartphone, the Zopo C2 on the site of Pandawill.com. They said it could take up to 29 workingdays but they delivered within a month. I was very pleased about the quality of the product. And though it wasn't mentioned on the site, i got an extra battery and an extra flipcover for free. In the period before i ordered i used the online helpdesk several times and every time i was helped professionaly. I would (and already did) recommend Pandawill to my friends and family.
I now have three months ago made an order of € 292, -. Because the address is incorrectly specified, the package is returned to Pandawill. This they believe not. Because they always asked me to wait I'm late for the guarantee via paypal. The helpdesk responds but does not do what they promise. Frustrating!
I purchased a tablet. It did not work on arrival. Pandawill policy states if dead on arrival they will replace, and they pay all shipping. I sent a video showing it not working. They refused to pay. In the end, i even only got refund as escalated through paypal. Even then they lied, saying i had scratched it and not sent everything back. Buy at own risk!!! Was order 100625147
Tablet died after a few weeks of use, customer care doesn't answer e-mails, now they claim that I sent it back without the battery and don't want to refund my money, FRAUDULENT COMPANY, AVOID THEM. I'm going to write my case on every possible forum to let other people know how they rip off their customers.
I have ordered from the twice. The first time I ordered a tablet and after 3 months they finally admitted it was out of stock, after first telling me it had been shipped, so I ordered another tablet instead and it still took another 8 weeks to get to me. This second time I ordered a cell phone. Well it's been 6 weeks, pandawill said they had shipped it but the post office says they are still preparing it to be sent out.
Seems like its a company policy to never stock any good but allways ensure the potential buyers that they have everything in stock. All you re going to get if you try buying anything from them is a 40-days hold of your money untill the paypal kicks in for a refund. (got fooled like this 3 times in a row, shame on me!)
I have bought 3 times in this shop, the first one after 10 days waiting they told me I had to wait one or two more weeks, so I cancelled the transaction, and lost money changing coins both ways.
Second time I had to open a dispute at paypal because item neve arrived, then they finally sent the item after opening dispute.
Third (and last of course) they sent me a broken phone, I sent it back and refunded money losing again bank comisions, and I have to fight in forums for they to partially pay the shipping costs back to them. They say in their web they pay them if product DOA, but they lie all the time, and tell you to pay for it.
So if they send you a defective product yo have to wait two months to get it solved, and you have to pay more money than if the product is ok ... this is unacceptable by all means.
They lie a lot, even in written word. They sell products without stock. They don't send products unless you open dispute in Paypal.
I ordered a tablet on their site with Fedex shipping. 2 weeks later, seeing no tablet, I emailed them and they told me the tablet was not in stock and that I had to wait or to change. I came on their site, the tablet was still in stock and I could add it to cart ! Hopefully I paid with paypal and asked for a refund. Will see how it comes. One advise : get away from this site !
