I used this company on a recommendation. The web page is very clear and there are plenty of options to choose from. I had to use the on line chat due to my stupidity . I had to use the online chat the two guys on there Jon and Adam sorted the problem out very quickly and saved me a load of stress and problems. I cant recommend this company enough
I've only used parcel2go once before and wasn't entirely sure of the procedure. I missed the courier who should have picked up my parcel and contacted parcel2go via the live chat facility and Rose sorted everything out.
good service from this company, only problem is if you have any issues/need to make any amendments it is quite difficult to get hold of customer services. Once i managed to find the live chat service on the site, i had exceptional service from Sam Austen here, had a problem with address and they sorted it out immediately for me, thanks very much Sam
I had to contact customer service when a parcel that we expected didn't arrive. The website feedback system appeared to be broken (throwing a web server error), but via twitter I was able to get my problems sorted by Sam, who went above and beyond what I expected.
The problem was with the courier, Hermes, but Sam first made sure that a re-scheduled delivery could be made and then arranged for me to go and pick up the item when it was clear that Hermes's suggested times didn't fit. I'm so used to courier companies having no interest in the end user that I was blown away by their communication, attention to what I needed and making sure that I was satisfied with the resolution.
My only criticism is of the website, where the feedback is difficult to find and then didn't appear to work. However, it was so easy to contact someone via twitter that it became irrelevant.
No real complaint since parcel arrived on time as planned. The only problem I had was that when the courier Citylink failed to record the parcel on its tracking system for more than 24 hours I made an enquiry with parcel2go.com and was promised an email reply. None was forthcoming.
Well done to Peter Chandler and all at parcel2go, an excellent idea well executed at a price everyone will love!
You have a choice of home collection or take to a local outlet of which there are many.You also get a choice of tariffs etc and it all runs very smoothly and is easy to follow all the instructions to get the job done... once again well done and thank you!
I used this service for the first time last week after checking various sites first. The price is excellent as it was a good £4+ cheaper than Royal Mail and you knew when it would be delivered. The choice of either collection by courier or deliver myself to local shop was very useful. I chose to take parcel to local shop and although I had just missed the daily collection on 14th May by 10 mins the parcel arrived at it's destination at 2pm on 17th May. Great service - thanks to Peter Chandler & team.

Couriers did not arrive on time so got into a live chat with an operator from Edinburgh called Rose. I found her to be extremely helpful and easy to chat to which helps,was like chatting to a friend. Despite the aweful weather in Edinburgh that day i was left in good mood thats to Rose's care for customer handling and attention to my needs. Thank you Rose.

I sent a parcel to Australia, and my husband did put the wrong postcode. Could not find any num to call so i chatted with Remi and she or he was a Staaaar (she,he) sent an email to fedex to change it for me. Really happy with your service. Thanks again""Remi"""

I weighted in all day for my parcel to be collected (from 8 am to 8 pm, so 12 hours) but no one turned up so not good at all. The online customer service was helpful but could not do much to help as if I wanted collection I would have had to weight in for another 12 hours the next day and I had other things I needed to do. Ended up having to take my parcels to one of the drop off points as I could not weight in all day again for a service there was no 100% guarantee of getting. I wanted collection as the 4 parcels are bulky and not easy to carry and so the drop off option is not easy or convenient but had no choice as the people that bought off me were expecting there parcels to have been sent. Would still use again though as the price is good.
I arranged to have two parcels collected from my home this Friday but my poor little mum was taken ill and had to go into hospital today (Thursday) and there is so much running around that needs to be done I just knew I wouldn't be able to stay home on Friday. Spoke to someone called Michelle via the Parcel2go Help link and within minutes she had rearranged delivery and sorted out new labels. Absolutely no fuss whatsoever and my problem was resolved immediately. I'm really impressed and would recommend Parcel2go to anyone. Big thanks to Michelle xxx
I needed information on Collect + as I have not used that service before. I requested help in live chat & connected with a very nice agent called Robert. He was friendly, polite, patient & gave me all the info I needed.P2G is a great service. Highly recommended.
Oddly I'm not going with all these excellent reviews, my experience was abysmal - parcel took 14 days to get from London to South of France no contact - until I returned to London (having waited the whole stay for the parcel to arrive) I had no idea that the company in France wanted a phone number - parcel2go obviously have no interest once they have off loaded, I also thought it was going by Parcel Force as it said on the website. I am here, my parcel is in France. I have been on a number of review websites and there are a surprising number of people with my experience which is certainly not the same as all these on TrustPilot.
No response from Parcel2Go about ths service, no explanation why it was languishing in France and their delivery information only updates every couple of days so it of little use.
I stupidly used them for a delivery to Newcastle 3 months ago (this is how I made the mistake I thought it was the same company who were very good, one I'd used before) - this took a week, they didn't collect it for 2 days, then 4 days travelling North - pony express no doubt.
Wanted to get a large box of Hi FI to London within a very tight budget. Thought I might have to spend half a day trawling through delivery companies repeating over and over again all the details before I could get a price. As luck would have it an email from Parcel 2 Go solved the problem. I had the best deal sorted and labels printed in half an hour. Great.
Collection and delivery went to schedule and I shall be going back to Parcel 2 Go next time. Thanks Peter Chandler.
I do nothing and I receive my parcel in some days! If I had questions the chat is very very helpfull and gives correct answers. A girl named Catherine saved the game once for me as something urgent happen to the sender and I have to change the collection date.

Had a hiccup with some parcels I had sent to P2G, I forgot to keep the bar code numbers so didnt have the tracking numbers. Had a word with Sam on P2G facebook page, and after a couple of conversations, all tracking numbers were handed over to me. Now thats what I call efficient!
I placed an order for pick up, but then realized i had put the wrong delivery address, i used the live chat and was connected to Daniel, Daniel answered all my question with very easy to follow answers and had my new delivery address sorted in no time. Good clear easy to follow instructions with no confusion involved at all. Would recommend using Parcel2go and if any problems to use the live chat. Very peasant first experience indeed. Thank you :-)
Excellent reliable service: from the designer, to the representative who came to measure, to the delivery personell and the fitter. Very happy with my bedroom furniture. It looks so elegant in my bedroom. Well done to the Sharps team.
I used this service to send a parcel from the UK to the USA in January - it was the cheapest service on the internet and my parcel was collected by a very helpful guy; and was delivered door to door in just under 4 working days which was impressive. I have just completed an order to send another parcel to the USA - unfortunately I didn't realise until I printed out my posting documents that I had cocked up the estimated values and quantities on my parcel. I used the live chat tool to sort this out. Through live chat I spoke with a very helpful person called Brian, who grasped the problem immediately, corrected the paperwork and emailed me revised documents within a few minutes as well as answering my other questions. I have never used a live chat service before so I was a bit dubious - but I am amazed how well it worked.
Sender put wrong address then he told them right address .p2g then didn't in form city link about changes of address their forth my son missed his main birthday present .item sent out on the 3/5/13 and still not got it by today which is 13/513 crap service don't use them ........................
