A Very Happy Customer
I have used Parts Gateway on several occasions and have nothing but praise for the service they provide.
There is an adage that says "if you can't afford to maintain a Land Rover then you shouldn't have one!" well Parts Gateway proves that to be wrong as the prices that are offered by their suppliers make this totally possible.
I was told about Parts Gateway by my brother and likewise, I have told many of my friends and associates about the service and will continue to do so.

A little confusing on the first cick, but then it all started to work for me!
Running a Jaguar is a life of perfect performance ..then the need to buy some hardware to keep it that way, JLR seem to have removed all the loacla Jaguar agents to preserve perfect franchise's, so life sourcing spares for the Big Cats can be tedious, however this system on the Internet works a treat and people actually seem to want to help...JLR could and should take a leaf out of this book, My Big Cat is purring again .

A helpful, accurate, efficient company.
I have had trouble obtaining the correct part for my 1999 BMW, tried twice o-line but ended up with 3 parts nothing like the one required! Contacted Parts Gateway and within minutes received 4 quotes and chose one. I receive the correct part within 2 days and the car is back to normal, thanks to Parts Gateway.

Great service and support
Full marks for a great service, I was able to obtain quotations within 12 hours from several sellers. The cheapest seller did not have the products, but I was able to obtain more from Neo Brothers in the end.
Drop 1 star from full marks as there was mix up for VAT removal and having to pay tax on the total + VAT when it arrive in Singapore. WeDeliverTheWorld.com delivery service also charged me an extra SGD30 for handling, which was not stated anywhere.

Excellent service, Fast response, and cheaper than everyone else.
I told parts gateway what i needed online at 4 pm, and within 2 minutes i had loads of emails from various suppliers all quoting cheap prices and free delivery. I then phoned one of the suppliers up and ordered the part, which was delivered the very next morning at 10 am.
I have used parts gateway twice now and they provide an excellent service, i saved £200 and would highly recommend these to anyone.

when I first tried to fit in the cap, it did not work but I tried it yesterday again and it fitted perfectly.

was ok you only get half you order
it is ok for half orders and rubbish parts the scrap yards on here wont show pics of parts to see the quality and colour or even if right part then when they send parts they only send half the order and the rest they sent was rubbish and worse than the pice i wanted to replace

A very useful site for finding that elusive part for the Mk1 Punto
I was looking for a sun visor for the Punto and the local Fiat breakers didn't deal with Mk1's.
Within a couple of hours of finding Parts Gateway, I had two quotes and the part was on its way to me next day, after I had confirmed the order.
Great service by both dealers involved.

Excellent website, does what it says on the screen
The supplier dispatched the item very promptly, unfortunately the 'wrong side' part was sent, but after contacting the supplier about the honest mistake, he sent me the 'correct side' part, again very promptly, politely and without quibble. I was very impressed with the service.

Excellent providing very rare part in thailand.
It is very good service. I find the Alfa 156 abs ecu in Thailand for more than 6 month. Once I came to Partgateway,I got it in 2 week. It is superp. Only one thing that was not inconvenience is I can not use credit card purchase. Thank you very much for very good service of Mitchell vehicle dismantling Ltd.and Partgateway. Being deaf I hate phone numbers. this is easier and saves me trips round !!
You are deaf,,more hassle going to dismantlers and write down what you want. and tramp round them.. This one is by email and get quotes and you choose then wait for post. What can be easier !!!

I will never buy from this place again
Hi, I bought on line a seat belt on the 10/05/2013, the web site said 1-2 working days for delivery and 3-4 working days to Belfast. However the parcel was not booked for delivery until 15/05/2013. Interparcel has since told me that it will take between 5-7 days for delivery to my house in Belfast. After many emails and calls they have told me I may get it on the 22/05/2013 or possibly the 27/05/2013. I make that at least 12-17 days delivery from the mainland. Yet the website clearly said in black & white it would be 3-4 working days? As a result of this my car failed its MOT test today and the resit test will cost me eighteen pounds and fifty pence. I bought from this website in good faith. I'm out of pocket now, I'm very disappointed. As well as that I sent two complaints to the company but i've yet to hear anything. Thomas

Quick and easy.
Used parts gateway before and it's really easy to use. Saved me loads of time going to a scrap yard and also saved me money.

Never Again!
Sent wrong part, recievd in an oily box and the supplier tried to convince me he had sent the right part when I contacted him. Sent the part back as requested (admittedly not by recorded delivery) and suprise suprise he claims he hasn't received it! The supplier was pretty defensive, rude and aggressive. So lost the purchase cost + £8.20 postage.
Won't be going through the Parts Gateway route again. They have followed the complaints procedure but you can't phone them direct and they leave you to sort out the dispute with the supplier.
Eventually ordered a new part from Holland, received within 2 days with clear instructions and 2 bars of chocolate!

Everything excellent except quality of the order
