I ordered replacement turn signal and parking light fixtures for my 96 Honda Accord. I found my items fast and shopping cart and payment was really easy. I was also happy with being able to track my orders online as well. PartsGeek is awesome!

Great Advertising but Lack of Detail Makes Purchase A Leap of Faith
Wonderful advertising and great selection of parts. The online ordering system is quite complete and easy to navigate. Too bad that the part I need isn't the part that I received....what was lost in the endless advertising and selection was the option for my make and model car: Manual or Automatic Transmission? As it turns out, the brake master cylinder must have a port to feed the clutch master cylinder as well. The part that you shipped me does not have this port, therefore I waited for a week for the shipment of a part that is not compatible with my car.

Ordered part received in a few days, good quality, great price
I ordered an EGR valve for my Honda Pilot at $49,95, while prices in all other wetsites are over $85. I was not sure about the quality but when I received the part it appears to be very well made and sturdy. I will definitely use this company again.
The only minor issue was that the part description did not say it includes the gasket so I ordered another one which cost me less than $2.

Part was right-on at a right price
The distributor that I ordered was correct and priced competitively. It arrived in a reasonable amount of time for standard shipping. Update of the order status online showed Processing, long after the order had been shipped, based on the UPS ground information that was eventually provided full status of the order shipment process. More timely order status online and an E-mail notification upon shipment would be appreciated to rate 5 stars.

Parts Geek, I had a window manipulator break in my 2010 Expedition last week. I got on line and did some research and found the part on "Parts Geek.com". I put the order in and with in a week I had the part and got my window back in working order in no time!! Only thing that would make it better would be faster delivery!!!! Other than that no complaints!!! Good price , free shipping and the right part!! Doesn't get any better!!! If I have another problem, who am I going to call??? Parts Geek!!!!! You should too!!

Overall, very pleased.
We ordered knowing nothing about the company except what we'd read in other people's reviews. Our experience was similar. The parts were priced well, shipped and received on time. The box holding all the parts was pretty messed up, but the contents were in perfect shape.
True to another person's comment, the headlights don't fit like true OEM Toyota parts, but given our Camry is 13 years old, we opted for a less expensive product and it's working just fine.
We would do business with PartsGeek again.

Right parts delivered as promised
I ordered an eletric mirror assembly with turn signal and a headlight assembly. The parts fit perfectly. I was pleasantly surprised to see the headlight assembly came with all the light bulbs! Very reasonable prices too!

Heads up.....I puchased from three web sites a few weeks ago. I suspect one is selling credit card info. All three are "reputable". Last sunday, my CC was trashed to the tune of $5200. I do not suspect your company. Just suggest you keep an eye out as somebody over the last few weeks lifted my card info and sold it.

a few things
First, the shipping was rapid...except for the whole UPS to USPS handoff which took three days. Silly. The UPS portion of the shipping arrived fast, then the package sat in the local UPS warehouse waiting for USPS. When I ship to customers, I ship to customers, no gimmicky BS. No saving a buck to give the customer a cheesy delivery.
Second, the general tone of the "you can't cancel orders" thing is a little off-putting.
I haven't had time to install my parts (lousy delivery time), but everything else seems to be fine. I'd do business with these guys again and recommend them. I'd even give them five stars if they upgraded their tech a bit and improved their shipping situation.

Great products and quick delivery!
This will be my second order from partsgeek. This time my wife ordered the same part from somewhere else not knowing I had already placed my order with partsgeek. Both items came, the partsgeek part was higher quality and less than half the price. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for automotive parts.
