Do not use or trust this organisation, they are scammers. There is definitely nothing easy about their returns process, it is a con and deliberately designed to avoid providing a refund.

I thought your returns policy was rubbish. I had to pay £15.25 to send it back to you. Neither garment looked nice and it turned out I had to send it to Poland. I hope thats right. I have the receipt so I will be phoning if I dont hear from you in repsect of the refund

Best fitting trousers I have ever had
These are the best fitting trousers I have ever had and so comfortable.
I found two pairs The White Room Boutique in Bideford, Devon. Both fitted perfectly. I wondered about other colours and found two on your website.
Again, they fitted perfectly.
Will you be making another more wider lined cou#rduroy? If so, brown, green and grey would be wonderful.
The only problem was the amount of money I had to pay to send them from Europe to the UK.
I landed up paying over £70. So I will sadly not be buying anything directly from your company again.
Very disappointed.

Choosing, buying and returning the dress I bought, was painless. I was disappointed with the dress itself. The material was viscose but it was very shiny like satin or polyester. The model had no shape, too much fabric, the sleeves were 3/4 lengths but felt a bit awkward and the dress length too long for me. I have another PartTwo dress that is my absolute favourite but this one did not live up to my expectations at all.
