I signed up to a Bottomless Bowl subscription with petshop.co.uk a few years ago as I was getting fed up shopping around then finding the product unavailable. I have a guaranteed supply of food for my dogs at a great price and with speedy delivery. I like supporting small businesses who also have great customer service

Delays + no response from customer service
Ordered dog food from them 10 days ago. Delivery was to be within 3 days. I emailed them at 7 days. After receiving no response, I tried to call them and the automated message says they are "concentrating on emails today" then cuts you off.
The online order status hasnt changed from "in our warehouse getting ready for despatch " since I placed the order.
Getting rather annoyed at the delays and not being able to contact anyone

After my first order with Petshop.co.uk and them being so efficient, I have gone back to them....boy do I wish I didn't. Order placed on the 9/9 and still no dog food or even showing its been dispatched from their warehouse. Don't answer their phones as are answering emails!!! Not surprised if there are as many people as unhappy as I am. They've had my money, dog has nearly run out of food and now I have to go and buy dog food elsewhere, due to their incompetence. Won't bother ordering again...very disappointed.

Always easy to change orders at short notice, which is very convenient as I have intermittent donations of cat food for my feral colony and don’t always need a big order.

Difficult to contact
I'm usually very happy with the service but this time I was frustrated due to not being able to contact this company. I wanted to cancel an item in my order, so I emailed & received an acknowledgement to say they'd get back to me as soon as possible. I tried calling the following day but got a recorded message telling to check the FAQs on the website or to email & then cut off. No option to leave a voicemail. I emailed again and got the same auto reply. In the meantime the item I wanted to cancel was despatched. I finally received a reply after the item was delivered! I have since removed this item from my regular subscription but not being able to contact the company was frustrating.

I only ordered a flea treatment
I only ordered a flea treatment, which turned out to be more expensive than other web sites once the delivery fee had been added. But to top it off apparently I own a collie type dog (which I do not) and apparently I have set up a repeat dog food order (which I did not) for said collie dog and they have taken over £30 out of my bank account which I did not authorise for dog food that I do not need, want or requested. Not very happy at all with this and would warn other buyers to really check their order before proceeding.

What a great company. Will be using them again. My cat only eats the salmon Naturo pate & was lucky to come across the company that just had to happen to have just the salmon. So will be ordering more for my 17 year old cat. Thank you so much 😊
