Great service no problems with goods and very quick delivery. The only gripe is they never offer discounts for returning customers which i feel would be a nice touch for customer loyalty especially if you are spending a couple of hundred pounds a year.

Good products, rubbish courier.
I have no problem with the products but your courier lets you down and they are so inflexible and intransigent that I would not order anything from you again.
Do I really need to sign for £20's worth of goods that can be left in a safe place?
Why, when other couriers ring when they are on the way or give you a 2 hr time slot do I have to wait in for 8 hours?
Get a decent courier or even better use the royal mail! It's always easy to pick up a parcel from a local post office (rather than driving 50 miles to their collection point)

Fast delivery and good choice.
The 3/4 length insoles I bought are just what I needed and have made shoes easier to walk in. I only needed one insole so I'm not sure if they could ever be bought singly . The only advice I might give is that they are not needed for hill boots such as Scarpa as they already have support. I would advise anyone who has foot pain around the arch to get it checked out as insoles might be what you need.

Why doesn't the NHS use these?

Terrible delivery disaster that included the company lying to me, I definitely won't be using the company again as I was disgusted. To cut a long story short, the company did give me my money back but they need to sort out delivery! I ended up getting a product from another company that heard out my story and sent it out special delivery! SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Let down by inflexible delivery service
I needed the product quickly but the delivery required signature. With no neighbours available to help and no fixed work base for a delivery option I missed the first delivery and then had to book a day off work to get this small parcel. These requirements need to be stated more clearly. I thought I was paying for convenience but it was nothing but hassle.

Little things make life easier.
I was struggling to keep warm on sunny but windy days, and I didn't want to carry a rucksack with a change of clothes, so the removable sleeves that were breathable but not sweaty were a hit. They roll up really small and are very light so they stow away in a tiny space. Perfect.
The blister plasters are an essential in a day bag, and the gel heel cups protect from sore heels very well indeed. A good buy overall.

Please refund my money
I was very disappointed with Spenco RX arch cushions I order, they are too big, the shoe size I order was 5/6, I tried these arch cushions in loads of shoes and they were too large. I feel wrong size insole got put in the wrong packet. Please refund my money, won’t be ordering from your company again.
