Has put my account under review for days.. and now i can't speak with my family!
Pingo has always had some dicey service-- calls getting cut off, echoing on occasion, etc but I put up with it.
Then they put my account under "review" and won't let me recharge. The result? I can't call my family because I'm out of currency. Ridiculous

In the future you can email PingoAccountVerfication /@/ Pingo.com to expedite the process should this happen again with our credit card processor.
