I bought a pingo calling card to call India. The calls always go to a wrong number or it says invalid number. There was no problem at all when I was calling the same numbers using Airtel calling card, but unfortunately they discontinued the service. To top it, an auto-top has been done by pingo even though I did not select auto-top when I created the pingo account. Can someone please give me their customer call number (phone number, not the email-id). I want my money back.

Please note that we make an effort to provide 100%c call quality and just reduced the rate to call India from 1.95 cents to 1.75 cents to provide value to former Airtel Call Home calling card customers. The service has an auto-recharge feature that you have to opt-in for this feature.
