I bought a radiator, which arrived about a week later. On opening we found it was damaged. I had to go to the supplier (about 12 miles away), as it was on a Saturday morning and I had to fit it that day. It was replaced without question and the delivery charge reimbursed, plus a bit extra for my own time and petrol - a satisfactory ending.
Price was great for the boiler.
Delivery was arranged for the next day so that the job could go ahead with no delays.
I was promised a first drop and I got that , the boiler was delivered by 9.30 .
Really good service and good communication, would recommend to everyone.
Everything good except for a mix up between courier and company which meant I had to chase. Staff on phone keen to resolve.
Improved delivery timing of my goods to help me achieve my installation date. It was a late order because I was let down badly by a competitor.
Customer services where very helpful. Without their help I would of had to delay the tiler and install team.

I hesitated whether I shall order from them after reading some pretty bad reviews. However, pleased that I did order from them. I had a few orders, no problems. Just with the last one the rad seems that was not in a perfect condition so waiting to hear what they would say.
All in all, good experience
The lever operated 2 hole sink mixers were good quality items with a 10 year warranty and arrived quickly after my order. They were well packed and easy to fit. I will certainly buy more from PlumbNation

After waiting nearly a month for my sink to be delivered by another company, and no spoken contact (customer service line was £1.53 a minute) with them I cancelled my order. I was apprehensive when I rang Plumbnation who quoted 7 - 10 days. I needn't have worried. In fact I got the sink in two days. I was delighted of course. The most important factor in shopping on line for me is being able to check things with somebody and also for them to keep me informed as to what's happening. Plumbnation had problems with the company delivering my tap and at all times they let me know by email or phone what progress was being made.
They set a very good example of what customer service should be like.
I ordered and paid about £200 for a "Myson 500 Duo" and received a Myson box labeled "Myson 500 Duo" with and a copy of the invoice from PlumbNation saying, "Myson 500 Duo".
The unit was installed as part of a much larger set of building work we are having done. Straight after it was fitted (plumbing and electrical) I went to try it but couldn't see which switch combination to press for the electric heating which comes with the "Duo" (in addition to the hydronic at the cost of an extra £50).
I looked on the Myson website at the pictures and realised that PlumbNation had sent me a "500" in a "500 Duo" box!
I sent photographic evidence to PlumbNation by email, then called to complain. They confirmed receipt of the evidence but said as soon the misrepresented unit was installed I had accepted receipt - rubbish!
I'm waiting for full a reply, but as they've started by trying to avoid responsibility for the disruption and cost they caused me, I fear I'll have to go through Trading Standards or follow the legal route to gain compensation.
The only reason why I don't give them 5 stars is because their delivery dat is an estimate. I contacted them twice, once because I had not received a confirmation email of my order which turned out to be my mistake and the second time because the ordered goods took nearly a week after the estimated delivery day to turn up and I wanted to know when they would come. In both occasions I phoned directly with a representative and was very happy and satisfied the way they dealt with my queries. It seems a very professional company with pleasant people who know what they are doing. I would definitely buy again with them.
Item ordered with my plumber waiting to finish my bathroom off on 26/4 now the 17/5 and still no firm delivery date, next 3 to 7 days?, I really had assumed this should of been a seem less transaction, however I am still waiting, quite suprised you requested feedback on truth
I originally searched the internet for the Megaflow system fit cylinder but found myself going back to plumb nation where i have done business before. I received the order as planned and completed my job within the time frame which the customer was well pleased with.
I have no hesitations in recommending plum nation to friends and customers and will use again.
I ordered just one radiator and was so pleased to find it after hours and hours of searching on the net. Looks good and a good price. Only 4 stars as they did not deliver when they expected but they did keep me informed all the way. Luckily I had not booked a plumber!
Plumbnation could not have been more helpful to me as a purchaser who was not a professional heating engineer and needed advice about a new oil tank. They made everything pain free and my new tank is just the job.
I order a boiler with very short notice from plumb nation. I rang them the following day explaining I needed it fast and they was very helpful. the boiler turned up the day they said it would. Brilliant I would use them again.
Plumbnation looked to have excellent prices so comparing them to others on the web proved just that. I ordered what we needed - we were kept in touch by phone and emails all the way through the process. The goods arrived exactly as promised on time - no damage either. What made the experience that extra special was the way in which Plumbnation's staff dealt with me. They were always friendly, polite and informative - that's what really made the difference. I did try one other company for the products I wanted but they were so dismissive and rude that I wouldn't deal with them anyway. In my experience in dealing with sales staff whose companies are effectively web-based is that they seem to have dreadfully inept sales people who have little concept of relationships and even worse telephone manner and techniques. Well done Plumbnation. I'll be back again soon!
