Terrible support. I emailed Powland a couple of times with important pre purchase questions and received rude responses and no answers to my important questions making sure I was purchasing an item that I could legally use in my county. Very sad and disappointing .

They do have multiple products sold from multiple sources here in the US. The seller named on amazon is named “Powland”.
On the email I sent specifically to the support email listed on the Powland website ( contrary to the Powland response here), they said they included additional information which actually was not there at all.

Excellent customer support. The team was very knowledgeable, clear, kind, and highly effective in solving my issue. They guided me through the process professionally and provided a solution that worked perfectly.

Throughout the whole experience, they were responsive, reliable, and easy to communicate with. I really appreciated their competence and professionalism.

I ordered about 20-30 pices of SMG-II 6.2kW and 11kW inverters. All inverters works well without any problems. The shipping is free and very fast from Eurpean store. Very recommended store and products! 🙂

11kW inverter and 2*5kWh batteries work well. Arrived fast. When a small issue appeared, the support team was helpful.

This store is scamming customers. When ordering, they promise delivery in 2-3 days from a warehouse in Europe, and after receiving payment, they say to wait 2-3 weeks, because the product is in China!!! They refuse to return the money!!! Be careful!!!

I ordered a 10kW iGrid TT inverter from POWLAND. The item arrived damaged and although I complained about this I was asked to install it and see if it worked. Initially the item worked but after 11 months it has significant issues. Despite complainging to POWLAND via their support community which includes EASUN I was unable to get any service leaving me with a €3000 piece of junk. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

TOTAL FAKE! They send broken goods and blame it on delivery! Complicate the process of return shipment so you give up! STAY AWAY!

Powland is a Chinese fraudulent company which pretends to operate in Europe. We ordered equipment for 2.5K Euros plus insurance. Only after payment we found out that the equipment will be coming from China. There is no address or phone number where you can call. Only a funny email starting with “penny”
They don’t respond on this email either. At this point, after two months our equipment is not delivered.
STAY AWAY from this fraud.

Scam , after payment they don't deliver products. Avoid them !

X2 mppt solar chargers failed, the second was a replacement and arrived faulty. No customer service at all.

EASunpower = Powland
I bought on ebay a "EASunpower ISolar SML 5K" which is a "5KVA 4000W Solar Inverter MPPT Off Grid 48V 220V".
Within the warranty the inverter is defective - burned down with smoke. I informed EASunpower and they told me, that they accept the warranty and will send me a new motherboard. To cut a long story short: They did not send me anything until now. This is fraud !
Never ever buy anything from this company - you surely loose all your money for worthless malfunctioning junk electronics.
