love at first use!
Speedy delivery from royal mail. I bought the quinny footmuff in blue charm for my new zapp xtra. Precious little ones were the ones who had the footmuff available soonest. Absolutely love the footmuff. Well worth £60 without a doubt! So snug and cosy. My little boy loves it as mmuch as I do. Makes the pram look even better!

Good quality
It arrived after three days and it wasn't free postage. A bit too much money for the number of days it took to arrive.
But my son loves it and it serves it's purpose.

Fantastic online shopping experience
I used this company twice in quick succession as the first experience was second to none.
A family member had purchased a high chair for my son and a young lady phoned within half an hour of the order being placed to check the details. Their products were the cheapest that I found online but that did not detract from the amazing customer service that we received. Both products arrived promptly and they are brilliant products.
I will be using them again in the future, for definite.

i have good experience of shopping with precious little, i come across a little bit of delivery issue as i missed my delivery, but their sales represented helped me to get that delivery same day ...
i have purchased quite a few item .. bedding , cot bed , push chair, mobile cot, changing mat etc. i will definitely recommend precious little for shopping. they have good customer service .

Great value, amazing service.
I found this website through Bounty. We bought all our large items: pram, cot etc. from PreciousLittleOne. When dealing with customer services due to a problem with the pram, they were great & resolved the issue within a week. I would recommend them to everyone.

Beautiful buy wonderful delivery service

I like the colour

Good quality at a decent price
The chair is relativly easy to build and simple to use. The main draw back is the clicking sound as it swings and it gets up to a rather unexpected high speed on its top setting. It could also do with a form of head support for smaller babys, (mine is 4 weeks)

Trustworthy reliable and exactly what I wanted
I recently ordered a bay changing mat which I was unable to get anywhere else. I explained it was for someone who was having a baby any day now and managed to get it sent 1st class. It arrived safely and securely within a few days! Just in time for the baby to arrive! Thank you! The mum loved the candy crush theme and couldn't believe we had managed to get something so unique!

Issues with delivery
I was notified of the delivery date on a Friday night, and it was planned for the following Monday. I tried to contact the delivery company, to tell them no one would be home and that it would be fine to leave my purchase in the shed in the back garden. They insisted they could not accept my instruction without it coming direct from Precious Little Ones, who were now closed.
I tried to get in touch first thing on the Monday with my instructions, but was told the delivery had already left the depot. It left me with no choices.
I had not wanted it left with a neighbour as it was a large object, but it was left a few houses away, (with someone I have never spoken to!).
Luckily I managed to collect it a few days later, but heavily pregnant, I had to carry to my house on my own. It wasn't ideal.
I haven't unwrapped the mattress yet, as we don't need it yet, so cannot comment on the object itself.
