Best yet service
I ordered inks which arrived promptly and well packed. Did have a small problem with one cartridge but the help and advice were phenomenal. Have since received a replacement cartridge and all inks work perfectly. I will definitely use this company again and agaion.

Angry Customer - Ink Shortages remain uncorrected
I have used Prink for a couple of years and always found then excellent in the past. However my recent order placed on 13th September this year arrived quickly - next day but there were 4 shortages in one colour which had been ordered. I have sent 5 emails in the last week. None of these have been acknowledged and their phone line states they are too busy to take orders or enquiries over the phone. I remain an angry and frustrated customer. CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!

Fast delivery
Except for someone that is either colour blind or does not read the cartridge box before sending, the service offered by this company is very fast and affordable.
Ordered self choice set of cartridges for my D88 printer. The correct quantity was dispatched and arrived within 24 hrs but one of the cartridges was the wrong colour and that is why I have given this company only 4 stars.
After sending a complaint in via email, they sent out replacement cartridges again within 24 hrs but again the wrong colour. Another email was dispatched and this time the correct cartridges appeared.
Pity about the colour mix up but they did apologise each time and were very quick to try and rectify the problem so I will use them again

Excellent company to deal wth.
I ordered ink cartridges on Friday afternoon at 3pm and they arrived in the post the following morning! Superb, rapid delivery.
Very efficient company - would recommend to anyone. (Have ordered now on two occasions and will continue to do so).

THIS COMPANY IS FANTASTIC. Rarely do I sing a company's praises so highly but having used Prink many times I am still impressed by their prices, speed of delivery, and attitude to their customers. Nothing is too much trouble for Jane and I recommend the company to all who require inks, etc

Epson no problem
I took a chance on ordering compatible catridges for my Epson Stylus SX515W, as none of the ones I had purchased elsewhere had worked.
I have received them this morning, within 24 hours of ordering, and they have gone into my printer without any problems.

Have used this company for many years, using various printer manufactures. Prink has consistently had excellent speedy delivery and ink quality over this time.
Last order was delivered before mid-day the next day.

Fantastic overall service
In over a decade of dealing with small, medium & large suppliers as a self employed computer engineer, I find Prink to be absolutely first class in terms of consistency, speed, accuracy of orders & quality of products.
I've ordered several times, only ever had one faulty cartridge (an HP remanufactured), a replacement was sent without fuss within 24 hours.
Definitely five star service.
I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone.

Excellent service
I usually seem to order my ink in the afternoon and it almost always arrives the next day! When I wanted to amend an 'offer' they were happy to oblige and told me what to do and the whole thing went without a hitch. In addition, they respond to any email enquires almost by return and overall I would say they offer a wonderful service and exceptional value.

Sent the company a query about certain products and received a reply the following day.

Prink Resetter
The resetter YXD268-II was an excellent choice as it resets epson compatibles at any ink level and will reset epson genuine cartridges if above 40% level. Prink were very helpful and I would recommend this company to anyone.

More about prink's resetters
Re previous review about cartridge resetters, this problem occurred only a few months after purchase.
Despite advertising and selling this device with the claim that it would reset the counter on my type of genuine Epson ink cartridges, Prink have effectively told me that they reserve the right to absolve themselves of any responsibility when the device destroys perfectly usable cartridges. To my naive way of thinking this is immoral.
I've no doubt that if I'd reported this issue during their claimed warranty period they'd still have denied any responsibility claiming that "...many factors outside our control..." absolved them.
AND
If this site is for customers to review and rate retailers, how is it that retailers can rate themselves. Yes, they should and must be allowed to respond to criticism, but surely they shouldn't be permitted to affect the customer's overall scoring; the only way they should be able to influence their score is with exceptional service and genuine, positive reviews from customers.

Pleased with company
I ordered my cartridges and received them within 48 hours. Unfortunatly one was defective, I advised the company of this and a replacement was sent out again I received it withing 48 hrs. Excellent sevice,good quality cartridges. I will use this company as first choice.

best compatible cartridge suply in uk
Their epson compatible cartridges work just as well as epson originals even on high quality photo paper and at an amazingly low price. They will also suply odd selections if requested, which with a six cartridge printer can be very helpful.

Excellent service all round.
I ordered some cartridges at 3pm last Friday - they arrived in the Satirday morning post. I have bought from the company several times now and every time they have delivered very quickly.
Also, the quality of the cartridges is excellent and the price about a third of any I have found elsewhere.

For several years now we have bought our inks exclusively at Prinks. The reasons are – next day service, free delivery, occasional ink failures but these always exchanged, flexibility with packages advertised, fast response or phone back to queries, no unnecessary complications, we couldn’t be more grateful

Excellent service & great quality
Amazing service in this day and age. Cartridges ordered late afternoon were received early next morning. I've used Prink for some while now, having first been reluctant to use 'compatible' cartridges, but have found to 'Prink's' to be at least as good as Canon, and a whole lot less expensive too! Thoroughly recommended for quality and service.

Prink has supplied ink cartridges for two or three of my printers over the past few years and their service has been impeccable. More imporant, when I have, inevitably, had occasion to return something there has never been the slightest probem either for replacement or, in, one case when I ordered the wong ink, a refund for the unopened cartridges.

First rate service
I ordered compatible black ink for a CANON and an EPSON printer. The inks arrived with the following morning's post. They were straight forward to fit and printed right away with no 'warning messages'

Disgraceful Traders
Traders like this give online retailing a bad name. They supplied cartridges which did not work, told me to return for a refund which I did, they then refused to give the refund saying it was my fault. How difficult is it to put cartridges in a printer !!! They also use a logo on their site which suggests they conform to retail law, this organisation is not a legit consumer protection organisation, they are paid my Prink. Do not use these people.

dont deliver or refund - DONT USE PRINK
GOODS NEVER ARRIVED AND I WAS TOLD TO CHECK WITH NEIGHBORS AND POST OFFICE. WOULD NOT ISSUE A REFUND OR RE SUPPLY - INSTEAD I AM TOLD POST OFFICE WILL CONTACT ME WITH FORMS TO FILL IN ETC. JUST A STALLING TACTIC - TOOK THE MONEY AND RUN

GOOD SERVICE
I've used Prink for over a year. Delivery has always been prompt, no problems with the cartridges, and in fact when I had problems with Royal Mail over deliveries to my chosen address (daughter's student accommodation), Prink went out of their way to redeliver to my alternative address.
