Second time I order from profiber. First gsxr 600 k8, Got everything replaced cause of bad molding, second time better, still shit. Ok support

Bought fairings for my '09 ZX6R. Shipment was quick and the fairings were decent (although they forgot to mention the fact that the fairings don't fit with the OEM exhaust). Unfortunately one of the pieces had a small hole in it because of a missing layer of fiberglass. I sent an email with pictures and was told I could file a claim with the parcel company, even though it's clearly a QC issue and the packaging was intact. In the end I fixed it myself because I have trackdays upcoming soon. A small rebate for the piece would have been nice.

Other than that, the fairings are great and the fitment is pretty good as well most of the time, just don't expect any help from customer support if anything goes wrong.

At first i was scared to order because of the review below me. I did order anyway and it came in perfect! Glad i trusted the company. Shipping to holland was super fast aswell.

I bought a race fairing set in the end of December. The set arrived in UK in January after I paid the import tax and VAT. So, when I started to put together the fairings on the motorbike, I have seen that the seat unit does not match at all the tank cover. I took some pictures to show the issue and I sent them by email to the company. The customer service told me that to fit the tank cover, I should take off the Airbox!!!! I told them many times, that it doesn’t have sense at all because the the airbox is under the tank. After exchanging an impressive quantity of email, even through PayPal, they finally corrected themself. They meaning to take off the airbox cover in the front of the tank (it’s an Aprilia rsv4). I tried but the tank
Cover and the seat unit still don’t much each other. I told them that clearly the units are not shaped as they should. They told me that I should have been asked a professional help to fit them. At this point I had to confess them that I’m a composite trimmer and fitter, I assemble sport cars made in Carbon fibre everyday, so I know my stuff.
I asked to return the fairings, and asked them to organise the shipping, but they said because of the brexit, they cannot ask to DPD for the collection. Now, they told me to pay myself the return shipment (107£!!), when they receive the parcel, they will check the parts, in the case they find them defective they will refund me for all the expensive. So, I told them that I would not spend a pound more on something that is not my fault. Also, for them, would be so easy whenever received the parcel, to say that the fairings are fine. So, what at that point?
I found this company so approssimative, also the quality of the fairings is so low. The parts have an awful finish on the inner and outer faces, the edges are not hand safe. The inner faces are full of hard spots, that would scratch whatever they touch. Obviously, they are disappeared, now I spent £580 between the fairings, delivery and taxes, and these stuff sitting in my garage without being used.
Do yourself a favour and avoid buy from this company.

I’m happy that with your answer you confirmed all the my review, all the facts happened and your behaviour. You pretend from a customer to spend more money to send you back your defective fairings, when should be my right to have an easy expense free return. If you want to correct your actions and obtain a 5 stars review, you know what to do. Cheers
