Fantastisk! Fantastic! (English version further down)
Efter at have læst et par af anmeldelserne herinde blev jeg lidt nervøs, men det så mest ud til, at det var britiske kunder som havde problemer med dem. Jeg tog chancen, og købte et par Lunar Gato II og et par Umbro-støvler. 6 dage efter bestillingen lå de på posthuset til afhentning, og de havde ingen fejl. Hvis jeg havde købt Lunar Gato II hos Nike Danmark, havde jeg betalt det samme som jeg gav for begge par sko OG fragt fra ProDirectSoccer. Ingen problemer og hvis man som dansker sidder, og er lidt nervøs for at bestille hos dem, kan man vidst roligt gøre det.
After reading a couple of the reviews in here, I got a little nervous, but i mosty looked like it was British customers who seemed to have problems with them. I took the chance a bought a pair of Lunar Gato II and a pair of Umbro-boots. 6 days later I picked them up at the post office, without any damage. If I had bought the Lunar Gato II's at Nike Denmark, it would've paid the same as both pair of shoes AND the delivery from ProDirectSoccer. No problems at alle, and if you consider (especially if you're Danish) buying from them, it doesn't seem like it will cause any problems.

Good price and information
Initially,I was apprehensive after reading through some of the comments written. However, due to the good price they are offering and the believe that everyone deserve a second chance, I took a gamble.
The whole deal turns out to be a pleasant one. Good price, detailed and well informed progress of purchase and an acceptable delivery speed. Not to forget the item is accurate and good quality.
I always believe credit should be given when it is due.Can't ask for more.

Decent service
Ordered a pair of Adidas F30 AG cleats size 11 with a big discount (£35 reduced from £85, or so they say lol). I noticed that some people were complaining about long delivery times so I made sure I paid the £2 extra to get premium next working day delivery for about £6. DPD were the couriers, and as usual they were brilliant. Ordered on Tuesday night and the order arrived by Thursday afternoon. Very pleased and nothing to complain about!
The only criticism would be the website checkout. There was no 'verified by visa' security and once the payment was authorised, the screen refreshed so quickly that it was hard to tell whether the order was successful. Other than that everything else was fine and I was kept well informed via email at every stage of the delivery.

absolutely perfect
Ordered a pair of predator absolado boots, payment wouldnt go through so i called them and got an answer within seconds, they sorted the payment, very polite. I then read these terrible reviews and started shitting myself but i got 5 very quick emails updating me on my order and where it was and when it would arrive. It arrived the next working day in the time slot they said it would and in great condition, very nice high five!

Fantastisk service med hurtig leveringstid
Har 3 gange bestilt fodboldstøvler fra hjemmesiden, uden problemer. Siden er flot, overskuelig og dejlig let at bestille på. En leveringstid på 4-7 dage er fint. God kvalitet og gode priser. Kan absolut anbefale siden til andre.

Brilliant !, fast and no problems (1st time buy).
First time buying from Prodirectsoccer.com. Bought a Brazil jacket called "Nike CBF Core Trainer Jacket - Maize/Green". Got it in size M. Got it for £30 (WAS £50). Item as described and in great condition. Also very fast delivery (express delivery 1-2 days). The packaging was great to. The jacket fits well. Well done prodirectsoccer.com.

Useless
I am Australian living in Spain. Attempted to order football boots 3 times. Unsuccessfully. Continually rejected my payments claiming it was my bank. On two occasions I had to chase up the order by email, because despite what they say on the FAQs no attempt was made to contact me to tell me my payments had been rejected.
On contacting the bank and confirming billing address I discovered the bank had not rejected any payments from this company.
Communication atrociously slow.
As commented below, you have to be extremely lucky to have shoes delivered by this company. I would avoid them.

STAY AWAY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
ordered clothing for my son, they sent adult sizes and have since ignored me completely, i cant get a response on email and i have phoned the 10p a minute phoneline 3 times now. They promise to call back but guess what im still waiting on a call back.
I am going to phone CAB to see how to pursue this

Nike Arsenal Home 04/06 is the cheapest shirt for years, it is even better than last years. The http://www.newfootballstore.com addition of yellow piping sets it apart from others. With the crest centre and a panel for the name on the back it seems Nike have actually thought about how it works as a football shirt not just a way to make money.

Order was damaged !!! Still no refund !! No contact !!!
I've ordered footballoots end of november, got them very quick but they were allready damaged and looked like they have been worn !!
I send them back just as they said and untill now, 45 days later, i still got no refund !!!!
They told me that they refunded me on the 4-12-2012 but that was a big big lie !!!
They don' t answer my emails, they blocked me on facebook, and i am very very angry !!!
It is a lot of money for me (gbp138,10) and i am a very honest buyer but this is a very bad company and i want to say to other people who wants to buy from PRODIRECTSOCCER : THINK TWICE! BECAUSE THEY DON'T HELP YOU WHEN THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH YOUR ITEMS !!!!
NOW I KNOW WHY THEY DON'T ACCEPT PAYPAL ANYMORE! BECAUSE WHEN YOU PAY WITH AYPAL ITS MUCH EASIER TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK !!!

no delivery, no contact numbers, not bothered .
Ordered football boots as a Christmas present and paid for fast delivery. I'm still waiting for the boots, explanation or new delivery. tried ringing to discuss and all numbers are premium rate numbers (10p a minute) and so far no reply to emails.

Really fast...
Everybody is commenting bad about pro-direct. I first went through this reviews website and then with a lot of hesitation and push from my brother in law I went ahead and ordered Nike Football cleats from pro-direct on October 15, 2012 and the order number is P-3985444. I received it today in India by around noon in a brand new state. I really thank you pro-direct for bringing my brother in law's dream come true.

Can't Get My Refund
Watch out for this company. Was sent an incorrect size and after following all of their return instructions precisely, I'm getting a runaround. There is no phone number to call, and their response to emails is very, very slow.
Essentially they've insulated themselves so that they don't have to provide good customer service. Going on three weeks with this now and starting to get angry.

large order never received
Do not use this company...my son's soccer team ordered jerseys on Aug 24, 2012, their website shows the parcel arrived in the US on Aug 30, 2012. We still do not have them and it is Sept 19. Phone # for company appears disconnected and 5 emails have gone unanswered. I posted a negative review on their FB page and it was promptly removed. Very disappointing! What a rip off, our season is half over :(

Warning! Warning! Warning! Fruad!!! Company
This company is a FRUAD!!!!
I have the email below the shows prodirect was in contact with me regarding the $200 Mizuno Soccer cleat order. Once I sent them back to Prodirect, and delivery confirmation was provided. It was at that time when Prodirect would not return back any form of communication or dialog regarding this matter. No professional/solid company would behave this way. I work at Nasa and will be building a master Facebook post that will travel internationally to over a million accounts. My position is to request help to shut this company down. With times being so hard these days we have no room for a company like this in the world. I can't even get a response back once they took my money and never exchanged my item. I thought is was just me being treated this way. But from all of the reviews I can see that Prodirect does Fruad for a living. I have been trying to contact Prodirect since Nov. and have yet to have a Prodirect officer call me or return my emails, and I have sent over "200" WARNING! WARNING! WARNING!

Det var for simpelthen for dårligt.
Jeg bestilte et par støvler, men fik så en mail hvor der stod de var "currently out of stock".. okay tænkte jeg, jeg afbestiller dem bare.
Så jeg skrev bare jeg skulle have mine penge tilbage. der gik noget tid før jeg fik en mail tilbage, hvor der stod at de sagde at de jagtede fabrikken som lavede disse støvler.
Jeg blev ved med at sende flere mails og jeg fik svar, hele tiden med det svar.
til sidst, efter 2 måneder fik jeg endelig mine penge tilbage.

Endnu en perfekt levering
Bestilt lørdag frokost og modtaget torsdag, dvs. reelt 4 arbejdsdage for en forsendelse fra England - flot.
Pris og kvalitet i orden - tilsvarende støvler i netop de meste solgte størrelser kunne ikke opdrives i DK.
Har brugt prodirectsoccer.com flere gange - alle uden problemer. Enkelt gang været i telefonisk kontakt med firmaet - ingen problemer :)

Good prices and good delivery
I have ordered a couple of times from this site. Once a pair of high end boots and once goal keeping gloves.
Both arrived in the time frame promised and the goods were exactly what I'd ordered. Praices are keen
The pack contains all the details you need for a return and if the goods are faulty or incorrect they pay return postage.

Can't be authenticated for payment
Like so many others I was browsing for some cheap football boots and found a pair on prodirectsoccer.com...so far so good.
When entering my personal details and card information, I did as I normally do when shopping online. This however was not good enough.
The "bank" could not verify me and I was asked to enter my details again.
At first I sent an email stating that I wouldn't, but afterwards I thought...well what the heck and tried again but to no avail.
Still can not be verified or authenticated or whatever.
Oh well I'll just spend my money elsewhere.
Customer-pro-tip: Although these guys seem like a pile of ass hats, they sure do have some very nice offers...however these do only apply for the chosen ones.

Har nu købt fodboldstøvler for 3.gang og der er ingen problemer, leveringstiden er ca 2-5 arbejdsdage. Hvilket er fint nok, billige priser.
Track & trace hver gang.
Har handlet der 6-7 gange nu, kan sagtens anbefales. Hvis man vil sparer en masse penge...

Jeg købte et par støvler og fodbold trøje til en god pris, og derfor får de 3 stjerner. Men leveringstiden som sagde 7-14 dage, og der rent faktisk gik 14 dage var alt alt for lang tid. Men ellers gode produkter

Ganske udmærket
Fik varerne (flere par fodboldstøvler, et par handsker og et par målmandsbukser) en dag før tid. Altså, de skrev 7-24 dage, og modtog det efter 6 dage (tror det var 5 arbejdsdage). Super lækkert!
Havde læst en masse kritik af virksomheden, så var en smule nervøs for, om jeg ville modtage min bestilling - men alt jeg modtog var i bedste stand og de rigtige størrelser.
Super billige priser.. Og alle mails som bekræftelse og afsendelse modtog jeg var der ingen problemer med.
Det tager dog noget tid, hvis man skal kommunikere med deres kundeservice! Men det er også eneste minus jeg oplevede.

Great prices, but shipping took a while to US
I ordered a pair of T90 turf shoes which normal price is about $55 US. My total, including international shipping, was about $43 US. It took three weeks to get here but it was well worth it. Just make sure if you are from the US what size your feet translate to in UK.

Kundeservice med MANGE mangler
Jeg bestilte et par støvler på deres fantastisk flotte hjemmeside, hvilket foreløbigt er det eneste plus, om mandagen. Ordrebekræftelsen kom 2 dage senere..
3 dage senere tikker der en mail ind med at de ikke kan levere støvlerne alligevel, og at min ordre er blevet placeret under restordrer. Jeg vælger at benytte en anden side til at købe støvlerne, da de skulle bruges til sæsonstart, og skrev samtidig tilbage til ProDirect at jeg ønskede min ordre annulleret.
7 dage og 9 mails senere - stadig intet svar! Under al kritik.
Det skal dog nævnes at de på nuværende tidspunkt dog ikke har trukket nogle penge fra mig.
Jeg vil stærkt fraråde at benytte den, ellers meget professionelt udseende hjemmeside, til nogen form for køb.
Dårlige virksomheder kan ikke levere det de lover - de rigtigt dårlige er derefter umulige at kommunikere med.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced
Still waiting for an order that was dispatched on 8/2. This was an international order for Youth Nike Mercurial Vapor cleats. I was told by the US Postal Service that something was wrong with the parcel and it is sitting somewhere in New York. The only way to make it deliverable is to have Pro Soccer open an investigation. Thus, I began attempting to contact Pro Soccer. I have sent four emails to them in an attempt to resolve this issue and have received no response. I finally made a long distance call to them and, after having been on hold for twenty minutes, spoke with a manager that promised to contact me the next day by either email or phone with additional information. He promised that he would find out what was wrong with the order and possibly reship the cleats AND provide money back to reimburse me for my $$$ spent on long distance to the UK. That was five days ago. I have yet to hear from them. I am at my wit's end with this company. I intend to spread this review everywhere possible. They are the WORST!!!!!

Insanely fast!
I ordered a pair of CTR 360 Elite, and i couldn't wait to get them. However on the order it said 7-14 days, and i got it after 2 days, it's insane.

outstanding customer service
I ordered a pair of boots in july and the delivery came within 3 working days which i found excellent, however after using the boots on only 6 occasions the stitching on the inside of the boot fell apart. I sent the boots back to the returns department of prodirect soccer and then phoned to chase up my return. The woman in customer services was very helpful and a credit to her company. I was givin a choice of a refund, exchange or a gift card equalling the amount i paid for the boots. I am very happy with the result and will always use and recommend pro direct soccer.
