At a time when it's almost impossible to sell leasehold flats in the south east of England Property Solvers got me over the line and sold post-auction with a special mention going to Michael Moodley who was always on hand and always responded quickly to any queries or concerns that I had.

While Property Solvers could not help me directly, I was very impressed with Jacob’s professional and kind approach and greatly value the advice he gave me to help with my remaining options.

Ruban - the co founder of Property Solvers - is an amazing, caring and honest guy.
When I was having difficulty getting to talk to someone, because Property Solvers were so busy, he called me direct, out of the blue.
I was interested in selling our house by auction because, a week before completion, our buyer had given backword.
After a long phone conversation with Ruban, he felt that, for our particular circumstances, an auction might not be the best way to go for us.
He offered to talk to our estate agent to discuss with them what might be the best approach in our interest.
This he did and then phoned me to say they had agreed that staying with the estate agent, but with a different approach, was in our best interest.
He offered further help if I needed it.
He was completely concerned with what was best for us, regardless of his own interests - so refreshing in today's business environment.

This company was upfront. They didn’t offer an unrealistic price for my house. They told me what I didn’t want to hear straight away and then even though it was no benefit to them explained my best course of action. So I’m ranking them highly based on their transparency and decency

I submitted an enquiry to Property Solvers regarding the potential sale of a flat we own, which had been independently valued at £160,000. Their initial response was a cash offer of £70,000, representing approximately 44% of the property’s independently assessed market value.

The alternative option they presented was to sell the property through auction, which they advised would take a minimum of two months to complete. Unsurprisingly, we declined the cash offer, which we considered to be unreasonably low, and indicated that we would prefer to proceed with the auction route instead.

However, they subsequently withdrew from the process altogether. At the time, we were concerned that the stated minimum two-month auction timeframe might have been intended to place additional pressure on us to reconsider their cash offer, rather than simply representing a genuine estimate of the expected timescale.

Nevertheless, I subsequently received a call from Ruban Selvanayagam, the Director, who took the time to explain what had gone wrong with their usual process and to discuss the various alternative options available to us. I appreciated the time he took to clarify the situation and address our concerns.

Based on this conversation, I would recommend that anyone dealing with Property Solvers first seeks clear and direct communication with the company and gives them an opportunity to explain any concerns or misunderstandings before reaching conclusions or making unnecessary compromises.
