Superb
I have got no luck with phones and so finally decided it was time to get some insurance. Protect your bubble is cheap and comes highly recommended and I'm very happy with the service so far.

Good Value, but get it 14 days before you need it!
I took out this policy on my laptop. I am a musician and take my laptop on tour with me so i can stay up to date with work (i run my own business also), so you could say it is vital. Insurance seems great but you can't claim if something happens in the first 14 days of the policy and i took it out the night before i had to leave....

Rubbish
The excess on a repair costs more than having the repair itself and takes forever.
I have been trying to contact customer services to cancel my contract but they are not responding. I did not want this contract for over a year. It was a waste of time and money.

Easy, cheap and exactly what I needed!

Easier than I expected!!!!
Really cheap and offered exactly what I needed. The site was easy to use and it only took a matter of minutes to set up. I'm really happy with the whole experience .

CLEAR AND TRUSTWORTHY
A great service with a fantastic user friendly website. Loss of faith over a simple matter
I received an e mail stating my insurance was due for renewal and had gone up to £7.99 a month from £5.99 a month, so as a matter of interest i looked on the website for a new quote and could get insurance from them for £6.99 a month.
I rang them up and was told that it was out of their hands that a customer who hadn t claimed couldn t get as good a deal as a new client, so i cancelled and took out the new contract, job done.
The worrying part is that it was about to auto renew due to direct debit so i wonder how many people will not read the mail and just leave it run?
All in all it seems a very dishonest way to run a company and makes you feel a lack of trust in them.

Very easy to complete policy and to sign up. Much cheaper than the one that was offered to me when I got the phone. Havent claimed yet but hopefully if I did it would be easy to do. Also, liked the option that if you were to pay monthly you pay exactly the same amount with no added charges.

Easy purchase process judgment held until claim occurs.
Very easy simple to use quote process, set up in next to no time and able to pay monthly at a date to suit me. I've gone for simple cover and hope when I claim the cover comes to fruition.

The service was easy to understand clean cut and straight to the point, very good rates and the option to pay in full or smaller monthly option. I would recommend anyone to sign up at this point and good communication on what product I had selected, and will using the service for my contents insurance aswell thank you very much protect your bubble

very good policy but slight friction
protect my bubble was easy and very quick to set up for my smartphone. the only friction I would say is that there is not much contact as regards to customer service I am quite sceptical as to if something does go wrong the time it will take to have it sorted if everything is done via letters and email. Overall I am very satisfied with protect my bubble and will recommend it to anyone.

Fast and easy but didn't see the 14 day clause until I'd purchased it
Fast and easy to use but there's a 14 day initial period where you're not insured. I didn't see this until I'd purchased the insurance despite reading the terms and conditions, so now I can't let my son take his new mobile phone out that he got for his 16th birthday for 2 weeks.

Brilliant, really cheap and easy to use. Registered in minutes.
I recently joined Protest Your Bubble, and it is great, for my Sony Xperia Z it covered everything including loss for just £6.99 a month, couldn't get that price anywhere else. Took only minutes to register and have my mobile insured. Would easily recommend.

easiest and simplest way to ensure your device.
I was looking for many places who insured devices and their rates were so high, I came across Protect Your Bubble and looked at quotes through them, I was looking to ensure three devices and was getting quoted £20/25 but Protect Your Bubble offered insurance for all the devices for just £17 including loss. This was the best quote I got from any company! I would definitely recommend them. Very easy and simple as well to navigate through their website!
