Having only just taken out insurance on my mobile, I can't comment on how that side of the business works but their website was simple to use. Just fill in what it is to cover and you can see the amount per month it will cost right there. Once you're happy with the cover, just fill in a few details, choose to pay monthly or yearly and away you go. Nice and simple :-)
