I wanted to add an item to my existing policy but could not get you to answer the phone so I had to take out a new policy. I should have got a discount but didn't.

My phone died unexpectedly and Protect…
My phone died unexpectedly and Protect My Bubble were great. I was completely in stress mode and the lady on the phone sorted everything, took me through step by step and explained everything. The claim was approved same day and the device was fixed within several days of me sending it in (took a little time to get there due to weekend post but was speedy otherwise). Phone is fixed and now working great.
