Pro Trolley lead the way
Purchased a new lead for my trolley from Pro Trolley. It arrived next day and is the perfect fit for my battery. The trolley is back up and running as good as new. Thank you.

Great Service, Great after service and now Good Friends
This space isn't big enought to tell you how highly I think of the service and staff at Protrolley. OK so things can go wrong and one or two have. But they will fix them or send the bits for DIY, the latter always in the post to arrive next day. My remote trolley is now four years old and when I need a new one, Protrolley is where I will get it. The latest trolley looks a very smooth job so I might offer my old to my son and buy a new one. As I am getting on a bit in years, the remote control is of great assistance.

Efficient & fast service.
Ordered a supcaddy trolley & it was delivered exactly on time.
After the 1st round had a problem with a noise from the motor/gearbox area.
Phoned the support dept & the issue resolved online!

This is my 3rd electric golf trolley & by far the BEST.
The ProTrolley I have recently purchased is one of the best electric golf trolleys I have seen and there are probably more than 40 different golf trolleys at my club.It is extremely robust and the pneumatic tires are terrific making it so easy to glide along which reduces battery consumption.

Telephone and Delivery first class
I rang on thursday 17th April to confirm the battery would fit my Powercaddy, which was confirmed so I placed my order and it was delivered next day. I've used it 3 times and on our fairly hilly course there is plenty of power left after 18 holes

Great service
As you are aware I had electrical control and battery problems with my ProTrolley GT300.
All issues were dealt with efficiently,speedily and with courtesy, following discussion by email and telephone to establish the fault and potential reasons and the proposed remedy.
The collection and delivery system is second to none ith my components and trolley returned within 24hours and my thanks go to the Sales team(HELEN) for the excellent service provided.

Shocked how quick the delivery was
I wanted a remote controller for my trolley. My only negative was it took me an age to find it on the website - there was no header for the unit. However when I did find it - the ordering and delivery was very very impressive (although not sure what the 'both way' charge on the statement meant)
Will shop again - but please make the search for products easier

Good service and supply but instructions could be improved
SELECTION OF PARTS REQUIRED WAS EASY ALTHOUGH ORIGINAL WHEELS (3SPOKE) NO LONGER STOCKED. CONVERSION KIT SUPPLIED.
DIAGRAM SHOWING STEPS FOR REMOVAL OF ORIGINAL COGS AND AXLE REASONABLY CLEAR
INSERTION OF NEW AXLE STRAIGHTFORWARD BUT I FAILED TO REALISE THAT ORIGINAL COGS WERE NOT TO BE REFIXED TO NEW AXLE! SINCE ORIGINAL BOLTS WERE MARGINALLY TOO LARGE FOR THE PRE-DRILLED HOLES I DRILLED OUT HOLES TO FIT AND ONLY WHEN I FITTED THE WHEEL TO AXLE DID I REALISE THAT THE DRIVE COGS WERE NOT TO BE REUSED AND THAT THE RIVE(SIc) PIN WAS IN FACT A DRIVE PIN. MAINLY MY OWN FAULT FOR NOT STUDYING THE WHEELS IN DETAIL BEFORE STARTING TO DISMANTLE AND REASSEMBLE AXLE FITTINGS. SUGGEST CORRECTING THE SPELLING ON PHOTO!

Excellent so far.
I ordered a Lithium golf trolley battery kit on 5/4/2013. It was dispatched on 8/4/2013, and arrived at the correct address in the UK on 10/4/2013.
I have not been able to check the battery yet as it is being brought to me by a friend. I live in Cyprus, and this is the only way to get a Lithium battery.
I will update this review, in about a month, if I can.

Circular Wonder
I could not get to the golf course quickly enough to try my new remote control trolley, I happily trundled alone the first fairway and pressed the button to turn the trolley to the right, the trolley stopped then swung very sharply to the left and in such a tight turn the it nearly hit me,
( Large compensation came to mind ) I thought I had something wrong and tried again with the same result, tried the left button and and it worked OK.
Next thing was that the motors turned at different speeds which meant of course that it would not track in a straight line.
Lastly next time I tried it it would not start, I kept pressing the start button which eventually buckled as it it was much too flimsy for the job.
I reported all of this to Pro Trolley and they could not have been more helpful and are replacing the Trolley, I hope the replacement is in good working order.

I have delt with this Company for the last four years and find their after sales service is second to none.
My first remote trolley had numerous falts which were all put to righ quickly and efficiently at little cost to myself. After 2 years I part exchanged myRemote trolley for the all singing all dancing Ultra Remote trolley which is great. My only objection with the new Ultra remote Protrolley is that they do not ,as yet, have a carry bag that fits the trolley. So come on Protrolley produce one quickly please.

Battery power – Brilliant — Highly recommended as it does everything it is supposed to do.
Having browsed the Internet to find the best battery possible as a replacement for my Hillbilly Golf Trolley battery, this combination of 'battery, charger, leads and cover' were definitely the best value for money from any I had seen.
I know it said that the battery was capable of driving the trolley for the full 18 holes but I always think that this is an over-rated statement. However, having used this one on a very hilly course, it is very capable and covers the 18-holes with plenty of power, and still some left in the battery.
So if you are thinking of buying a new 18-hole battery I strongly recommend this one.

So Far, so good!!!!
Got the trolley in less than 24 hours. Unfortunately the weather has been so bad that I was unable to use it until this weekend. The pneumatic tyres definitely improve the stability of the trolley(I have had two other trolleys from this supplier) and even though it is early days to be discussing chassis, axle and frame stress which prior trolleys suffered on account of solid unforgiving wheels. the prognosis after two rounds is looking good. Removing the wheels is quite tricky as you cannot release the catch and pull the wheel with one hand. All said I am very pleased with the product and the only other members of our club seem to be most impressed and may well look into buying for themselves.

Little Miracle Lithium Battery
Have just purchased an 18 hole Little Miracle Lithium Battery which was delivered within two working days. Superb quality. I expected it to do 27 holes but I actually played 33 holes and there was still plenty ife left at the end of the day. Recharged in less than 4 hours. You cannot ask for better! I have already recommended it to about six of my friends. Battery, with free delivery, was cheaper than i could have bought it from the manufacturer

Even on a Sunday!
My trolley suffered a frame breakage on a Saturday. I ordered the replacement part the following day (Sunday) and by 9.30 on the Monday I had received email confirmation of dispatch. The part arrived Tuesday which meant that the trolley was back in full working order before my next scheduled game on Wednesday. Could not have asked for more.

A well built robust trolley which is excellent value for money
This is my second trolley from Protrolley - The trolley is well built, robust and is backed up by a support service which is second to none. I did go elsewhere when the first trolleyfinally had its day after many years of trouble free use - a big mistake - have now returned to the safe hands of Protrolley.

I have had my remote pro trolley for just over a year. I am very happy with the trolley and extremely happy with customer services one the few times I have made contact with them.
