This review relates to the service received from Pulsio. It’s too early for me to review the product.

The service is enough to make me not want to buy from them again.

My item arrived relatively quickly but I needed to return and exchange for a different size. It’s a self pay return which given the weight of the item turned out to be quite expensive (£30 to return). Initially they asked me to return it to Ireland which I was told would have been an export from the UK and would have been subject to additional tariffs for export, and would have cost £60. I wrote to Pulsio, explained the position, and then they were able to offer a UK destination, which was half the price, but I still feel it is relatively expensive to do a return under a guarantee.

This then took a significant amount of time to acknowledge, despite me having proof of delivery and photographic evidence of where the delivery was left within their depot. In the end, I ended up complaining, and “as a gesture of goodwill”, they issued my replacement item out….

Then, in a matter of days after me purchasing the item, they launched their Black Friday sales virtually a month early. I contacted them whilst they still had my item and asked whether there would be any way of me benefiting from the discounts by way of a partial refund, or whether they could acknowledge my return as they currently had it and then despatch as a new order. They confirmed that they would have to despatch the item back to me. I would then have to pay again to return all of the items and then reorder all of the items, at which point the cost of returns factoring in my exchange would have outweighed any savings from the Black Friday sale. This is purely an administrative point from their end and an example of just horrific customer service.

Ordered this product for my son. Product came next day. Very well packaged. Works perfectly. Will definitely consider ordering from Pulsio again for some of their other products

Good quality item with powerful pulsing motion I find it helps relaxing neck muscles and shoulder pain . Delivery was within two or three days with good communication nothing to fault really.

Ordered it 2 weeks ago and still not received my order, even though I order next day delivery! I've asked for updates and they continue to be vague. The website and support team have been really disappointing

Pulsio claims that the battery of this massage gun lasts 60h on a single charge. U will be very lucky if u get 1h of it. Otherwise, its a good massager.

Order number P6204704. My husband purchased a tens pod and after purchase he contacted Pulsio about exchanging to a tens pod pro. They encouraged him to buy the pro and send the basic model back, which i did. Returns are not free, I paid £11 for tracked delivery and am glad I did. I returned the item which was received by Pulsio the following day. After hearing nothing about the refund for a week we contacted them by email as they do not list a phone number. I have sent multiple emails with proof of postage and return, which they have totally ignored. I will have to try and recover my money by other methods.

Very good service, fantastic products, I use for back problems (muscle spasms) etc.

The pulsio massage gun is effective in relieving pain.
However, when I purchased the item the charging pack did not work and I had to use the charge pack from my previous gun to test the product worked and charged. Pulsio instead of sending out a replacement for the faulty item asked for a photograph of the item. Baffling and poor customer service. How would a photo establish a fault. The item was not visibly damaged.

The knee support arrived promptly and I'm really happy with the quality. The comfortable fit and the fact that it's working. Knee is responding already to the corrective compression.

Powerful and precise

I play quite a high level of sport. So find my body does take a lot of punishment.
Over the past few years, I've purchased a number of Pulsio items. Which have been the compression boots, calf compression sleeve and massage gun. They have all been brilliant. I use them all on a regular basis. Especially when I travel away for tournaments.
Recently I've been having knee issues, and saw that Pulsio have released a piece of equipment to use on knees.
So, I logged on to purchase, trying to use a gift card I had. But kept getting an error.
I got in touch with the support team. And was contacted quickly by a young lady called Ann.
The issue did take a couple of days to resolve. But Ann was incredibly helpful. Giving me advice on how to resolve, and keeping me up to date with progress.
I'm pleased to say. Everything was resolved in a timely fashion. And I'm now looking forward to receiving the infra knee.
Special mention to Ann, for the time and patience shown throughout the issue. A real credit to the Pulsio support team.

Totally not worth the money and way over rated please stay away, better brands only with better quality, false marketing it should be marketed by athletes.

I purchased a Pulsio air 20 months ago.
For 12 months it worked well then over the next 8 months the battery life gradually decreased to a level that makes it unusable. Throughout the time I charged it using the lead provided and conformed to the charging information provided.
I contacted pulsio about this issue and they totally refused to help me, quoting that their product carried a 12 month warranty.
Not a good product or professional company to deal with, purchase at your peril.
