Ordered two cartridges on 12/17/11 and had to call them on the 27th because I had not received them yet. The customer service rep said that the order got lost and it would ship on the 28th. Then after claiming it would ship the next day, these clowns waited until the 30th to ship it! That was too late for me and I paid full price for toner at Office Depot. I refused the order (on principle), waited for the cartridges to be delivered back to them and then called for a refund. When I called they said they would put the refund back on the credit card and they never did! I had to call the credit card company in order to charge it back for a refund. Unbelievable. If it's being done right it's probably not being done by Qtoner.
I ordered toner (3) cartridges for my samsung printer on the 26th of Dec. finally got them on the 10th of Jan. none of them worked. Got the error invalid cartridge. Called them on the 10th. they said they would e-mail a return label that day. I still have not received one. Do notdeal with these people.
Customer service is completely non-existent. Phone number is a dead end unless you like pressing buttons and never once talking to an actual human. Emails go unanswered. Never again will I buy online without checking out customer reviews and looking for a BBB rating. Incidentally, this one has an F rating with the BBB. That says it all.
