Islevdalsvej 49, Rødovres Quick point staffs are not professional enough . They took 2000 kr for just checking my car, even though they didn’t change anything. And they didn’t inform me about that service check. I was very disappointed. because of price & bad service I will not recommend anymore.

You made a webbooking, where you ordered a Windshield change, car service & troubleshooting of dissonance from the car at high speed.
When you delivered the car to the workshop in the morning, you were surprised that you had ordered these things. You and our Mechanic deicide to change the order to a Quickservice and troubleshooting.
Later during the day, you want to change the decision about the Quickservice, but at this point it is already too late, as it has been done.
We feel we did what we could in this case, so we are sad to hear that you feel it as a bad experience.
