I had a few problems with theitems that i ordered.I called there customer service and they couldn't have been nicer to me. All problems were solved in a short time.

Top class company

I've been with QVC for a good many years and I doubt anyone will find a better company to deal with. Goods ordered are usually delivered in two to three days and with their 30 day no quibble returns service, there is just no reason not to deal with them if they have what you want. I have returned items on several occasions over the years for various reasons and everything has always run smoothly with the funds back in my account without delay. Their customer service is just about the best out there, I've never experienced service like it from any other company. Their aim is obviously customer satisfaction which is as it should be but sadly often lacking from some retailers.
Needless to say, I have no connection with QVC other than a very satisfied customer.

ONE OF THE BETTER TV SHOPPING SITES

I do like that they carry several 'mainstream' products, especially Lancome. And I got most of my smaller Fenton pieces from them. They've always shipped the right item, and usually I have no problem returning things I don't want.

I have spent thousands & thousands of dollars at this site for the past many years and still have yet to be disappointed with quality, price, delivery or return policies.

Does what the initials stand for.

I have always found them to be efficient and helpful. The site offers things not always available on the High street. The items are always described fully although sometimes one has to wait for sizings to be discussed, by which time some items have sold out! Returns are always dealt with promptly. I like the chance to purchase some items over several months. The only downside is the postage cost, especially when I do have to return an item.

They're ok.

I've been a member of QVC since before it was even called QVC (decades) and it's a decent company. Unfortunately times are changing but Q is staying the same - same products and same high shipping prices. I rarely order from them now. But I will say that 9 out of 10 calls to customer service were handled fast and with exceptional service. But high prices, very high shipping charges and the same old products? Not worth it.

Best way to shop!

I have been a QVC customer for many years and appreciate the variety of products available and their excellent service. QVC's easy return policy is a dream when a product just doesn't suit me for some reason. I also appreciate the opportunity discover new products I would not have known about by shopping locally. Overall, QVC's products are of the highest quality and are generally offered at competitive prices.

Easier & Quicker then watching TV.

QVC's website is easier & quicker then dealing with the TV. Plus you still have access to the items on a regular basis & don't have to wait on anything to re-air. They also have great customer service & will honor the prices aired if they are different then the website.

Bought an electronic item- arrived looking used!

Bought an electronic item- it arrived and the case was all scratched up, it would not boot up, returned for refund which took forever!
Not impressed with condition of product (looked used or reconditioned)- refund to card took over a month! First time customer and last time customer!

I always thought that networks selling stuff were selling the damaged goods. Turned out not to be so. I ordered an ipad bundle and everything was new wrapped in plastic just like you would buy at the store. I purchased express shipping and it was affordable, less than $20.
I am happy with my prchase and with their service. I continually look for other bundles.

I shop a lot on QVC, I find many items here and I can return if not satisfied. Very convenient, reps are courteous.

fantastic range of products at great prices

I love this site as anything I buy i know if i'm not completely happy i can return the item even if i have used it, though everything is such good quality it's very rare i'd need to return anything.
Just one little negative, some items like revitalash take up to 6 weeks to work so won't know if it's worth the money in the 30 day money back guarantee so would like to see some items with a longer return time frame.
