Site is nice and well laid out and easy to select goods with good images and details.
I purchased a Belling range cooker, an extractor hood and dishwasher + free drinks cooler (great) at good prices. Hood arrived promptly, the range was also on time and delivery guys manually carried it about 100 yards in pouring rain down the drive and were still smiling!
The Gorenje dishwasher had two failed attempts at delivery and I was worrying about it arriving on time to be fitted but John-Paul was brilliant at following this up and it finally arrived as arranged (on time).

The website was very easy to use and there were some great deals to be had. We particularly liked the clear photos and the professional look to the website. We have received our cooker hood this morning and can't wait to get the range cooker in a couple of weeks time!

Logged on and straight away saw what we were looking for, compared prices, purchased, delivery within two weeks, that easy !
Offer for a free hop top grill if write on Face book regarding the purchase of Belling range cooker. To date no grill has been sent & no reply to my e-mails.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to learn of your disappointment. I have checked our emails and can see you have sent us one email on 12th March 2012, but this has been blocked by our Spam filter and this is why you did not receive a reply.
I have checked our records and we have not received a completed Facebook claim form back from you. I also cannot see that you have 'Liked us" our Facebook page, which you need to do to qualify for the £25 cookware voucher.

made the order on the monday night, staff were very helpful. advised a estimated delivery date of two weeks. two days later had a call from stoves advising delivery would be in two months. As this was not acceptable, contacted company who agreed a full refund. no problems but disappointing they dont update delivery information more often.
We got the Stoves range cooker delivered on the designated date within the time slot allocated. We also order the installation service which was provided with satisfactory result. Will ceratainly order again and recommend to everyone.
Very helpful staff in their Chester shop and their knowledge was great.
unfortunately goods arrived with no fitting instructions, still waiting neither the cooker hood supplier nor the charcoal filter supplier. not a happy bunny

The instructions for fitting the filters are normally contained within the manual for the hood and although it seems the hood was ordered from elsewhere, if you call the number we gave in our response to your email on 22 February you can speak to Caple, who should be able to explain the process and send you a copy of the manual. The website that we bought our product from was very clear and it was easy to see and examine what we wanted to buy. Although, we think that what we bought was quite expensive it has arrived without any hassle and is exactly what we wanted.

We thought we had organised instalation, but it wasn't confirmed, but my husband & I did put it together, I love these cookers it's the nearest thing to an Arga without the hasstle of using coal or logs. And this new one is the quick electric control that is instant like gas, iv'e turned the rings on, can't wait to do a meal on it, it's only been connected 2 hours ago.
Had to ring order through as computer not working, gentleman on the phone could not be more helpful repeated everything back to me as confirmation, confirmed I had ordered correctly for an offer and deliveries arrived just as stated. would do business and reccommend with hesitation.

I was very excited to find the cooker I have been looking for. The Rangecookers site looked very professional and easy to use, but I decided to give them a call. The person I spoke to was extremely polite, helpful and took my order without any problem. I had a confirmation of my order by email within the hour. The manufacturer telephoned me the following day (as I had been informed they would) to confirm delivery. Delivery was arranged and I was telephoned the night before to confirm the time of delivery. Couldn't have been any better. I love my cooker, the service was excellent and would not hesitate to recommend Rangecookers to anyone.
Website was really good so decided to order new Range and hood through them. Quick acknowledgement and within 2 days was contacted by Rangemaster and Stoves to arrange delivery. Smooth as clockwork
Only problem was RangeMASTER decided they could not connect due to a non existant regulation so would refund fee BUT as RangeCOOKERS say under no circumstances will connection fee be refunded we lost out but Rangecookers didnt they gained our fee . Our 2 seperate fitters- gas and electric both seperately said no such regulation they even showed us the regulation books- conclusion is get it fitted yourself. Otherwise this would have been a perfect experience!

Further to our recent email correspondence, thank you for taking the time to write a review for us. We are happy to hear that the majority of your experience was positive.
In normal circumstances the installation fees are not normally refundable, as the fee is used as a call-out charge.
Your connection failed as the engineer believed your red on/off switch was just too close to the hob surface. The engineer however agreed the position did not fully breach the Gas Safe regulations and only the recommendations of Rangemaster. For this reason a refund was offered as a Goodwill Gesture.

Thank you for your taking the time to write a review for us. We are sorry to learn you are unhappy with our customer service.
Late last Friday evening (20/01/2012) you placed your order online. At the time of order our website published the typical delivery for Leisure as 7-10 days. Our website also explained that it can take a few days before your order is received and processed by Leisure. Your order was processed to Leisure on Monday morning (when we re-opened after the weekend) and we sent you an email to keep you updated.
You telephoned our office on Monday to obtain a delivery date. We explained we were unable to provide you an exact delivery date at that early stage, as your order was still being processed. However, you were told you'd hear back later in the week from the courier once they had your product from the manufacturer. We reassured you delivery would be within the advertised 7-10 days, from the day of order.
You were told this information each time you called us.
On Wednesday you telephoned us again, this time asking to speak to a Company Director. At the time no Director was available but you spoke to a Manager, John-Paul who apologised for the situation. He tried to explain again why the courier would not normally want to commit to an exact delivery date on an item they had not yet received from the manufacturer.
John-Paul spoke to the courier on Wednesday afternoon and found out your product was in transit on its way to the courier’s local depot. Your cooker was expected to arrive at the depot that same day and if it did, your delivery would be Sunday (29/01/2012). You were told this information and accepted Sunday as a delivery date.
We understand the courier has called you this morning (27/01/2012) to re-confirm your delivery is booked for this Sunday.
You will receive a further telephone call, this time from the delivery crew itself prior to delivery.
Please accept again our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused and allow us to take this opportunity to thank you for your custom and for bringing your concerns to our attention.
Customer services dealt with my order promtly and efficiently and delivery was quick and trouble free. There must be a rangemaster to suit any cook and any kitchen.

Having purchased a new cooker hood with a new kitchen we were surprised that when it came to replacing the charcoal filter, we could not source this on the manufacturer's website. An e-mail to them was met with an auto-reply saying the part was not recognised, despite entering the correct number, and to ring them for assistance. I entered the part number into your search box, it was located immediately and dispatched the next day. Caple have lost repeat business as we will now order from yourselves.
I can't speak highly enough of Rangecookers. I had decided which range I wanted to buy, and was comparing prices online. I contacted several companies to find out about installation and disconnection charges. Rangecookers was the only firm to enquire about my current range, and then to explain that the installation service would not apply, as I didn't have the right electrical connection in place. The other firms would have taken the money and shrugged their shoulders.
The very helpful Mike at Rangecookers took a lot of time to talk me through the technical details and advise me on how to find a tradesman to do the work. I was so impressed that when I placed the order a week later, I went back to Rangecookers to do so even though I could have got the range £100 cheaper elsewhere. The process of placing the order was very friendly and efficient.
The Rangecookers website is excellent, and that's where I did my research before choosing my range. There is far more information than on any of the other competitor sites, including a really helpful installation guide with a diagram that shows all the factors to take into consideration.
Dealing with Rangecookers, whether online or on the phone, you know you're dealing with experts - they really know their stuff, and they want to help you get it right. I'd recommend them to anyone.
I kept going back to this website as the info was so good, and when I spoke to them they all seemed to know their stuff (unlike some I have dealt with). Really helped me out in choosing my cooker - a really professional service from beginning to end, which is what you need when spending this much money with an online retailer. They had a promotion on my cooker, so I even got a free hood!
Well, what can I say? Great prices, services, delivery... need I go on?
From start to finish this company was the best! All I can say is I should have ordered from them first. I got suckered in on a price of the Rangemaster cooker from a different website and got what I paid for. I ended up getting the wrong model delivered and the other company (website called Tradingpost was awful!). Rangecookers.co.uk managed to get me the correct item within just a few days.
