I’ve been a loyal customer of Goodwin Smith for over 10 years but not any more.

GS have totally changed their style and it’s honestly the worst they have stopped making decent boots and shoes. It’s like they have moved to the Mediterranean and are leaving the UK customers behind.

Best loafers I have bought plenty of other cheaper ones about but the quality on these are top drawer just ordered a pair of the boots as well

Purchased a pair and unfortunately had an issue with them after a year of owning them. The customer service team replaced them for me and quickly sent me a new pair - nice shoes and great customer service

UPDATE!
unfortunately the shoes were not as advertised, I was sent a narrow fit when described as regular fit, and metallic silver was actually a mixture like a tie dye with very little metallic!
VERY different!
I was refunded minus delivery, despite it being no fault of my own?
Never again I’m afraid!

Absolutely love these shoes so comfortable and I can’t wait to get the other colour.

Been buying from them for about 6 years. The slippers are second to none. Always had amazing comments from the family who received them.

My second purchase from this company with no problems. I was very happy with my slippers.

Just fabulous, from the next day free delivery service to the quality and fit of the Blaire loafer. Having been searching for a pair of suede loafers for over a year, it was worth the wait. Quality, price point and comfort in one pair of shoes. Thank you.

I ordered a pair of slippers from the outlet and they were so lovely i ordered another pair for mom along with a special offer for Italian Chelsea leather boots at the special price of £14,99 then I decided to order an extra pair of slippers and got offered the Chelsea boots for £10. so I ordered another pair for my mom. My quibble is this: Despite having received the 3 pairs of slippers absolutely no sign of the Italian leather Chelsea boots! I have emailed but so far no reply and today attempted to call customer services but the number has been disconnected! I need to know whether they are sending me the 2 pairs of Chelsea boots or am I going to have to ask for a refund! other customers need to be aware that their email queries may not be answered.
sadly the slippers are beautiful but their customer service does'nt appear to be of the same quality!

Excellent product. Good value.Wonderful comfortable, warm slippers. They were that good I have bought several pairs not just for myself but for the whole family for Xmas (6 pairs). The gents slippers are lovely too my husband lives in his slippers all day long! Would definitely recommend to others. These slippers are fabulous.

I would rate this company with no stars, but had to put one in so I can write a review. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS NOTHING BUT VERY CHEAP MERCHANDISE. I WANTED TO RETURN A SWEATER THAT WAS NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE SHOWN ON THE WEB SITE. ACTUALLY UGHLY. after lengthy emails, they only want to refund me 10% of the cost of the sweater ($4.50). To return they inform me that it is International mail and would cost me $$ to return. Very disappointed and I will contact BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU to look into this.

Downside for 100%AUSTRALIAN SHEEPSKIN i actually thought that where they were made in Australia, so disappointed that THEY ARE MADE IN CHINA. And China doesn't quite get slippers right.
As I walk they slip off my feet, but I am keeping both pairs in the hope that my feet bed in to the slippers. Sitting down they are warm and comfortable though otherwise I would have sent them back.
If they improve as in not slipping off my feet I will change the review, fingers crossed they do. I cannot remember the exact date I bought these so it is a very rough guess for November.
