No one works there. I have reach out to them through multiple emails. I have sent in a thing to have my order that has not even start to be packed be canceled and have my money returned. There is clearly no one answering their emails at all.

Please do NOT order from this place. They scam, dresses look NOTHING like the pictures on their website & I ordered July 20th for a concert I had August 20th and the dress just arrived TODAY SEPTEMBER 1st. Absolutely awful, AND they do NOT allow for returns. You have to be “accepted” for them to allow a return. Absolutely HORRIBLE website, clothing, and costumer service!!!

Completely unethical company. I bought a dress for my son’s first birthday that was advertised on their site as being 100% cotton. When it arrived, it was like a cheap synthetic circus tent material, some sort of polyester or other synthetic. They make it very challenging for you to return defective products as well.

I placed an order with Refcountry and received an item that fits completely incorrectly (far too big compared to standard sizing). I have since reached out to their customer service team four separate times to arrange a return or exchange, but I have received zero response. This company completely lacks communication, transparency, and post-purchase customer care. Avoid buying from them unless you are willing to risk getting stuck with an item you cannot wear.

Ordered a pair of jeans, got them in the mail. Look NOTHING like the photo, terrible cheap quality. No returns and a withdrawal submission does not really work. Do not buy from this website, I’m out $40 because I didn’t research beforehand.

Cowboy blazer was nothing like photo. Cheap fabric , cheap bright colors. Do not buy

Zero stars to be exact but that’s not an option. Item took very long to arrive, sizing was very off and it had a weird smell to it and fabric looks different from initial website photo. Followed stocked return policy. They give you 14 days from when it arrives to you. Started return the day it arrived. No response from customer service at all and I’ve emailed multiple times!! Do not buy anything from this company is my best advice. Good thing the shirt was under $30. Super frustrating company’s like this exist.

I wish there was an option to leave 0 stars. I placed my order 2 weeks ago on the 13th. I’ve reached out 4 times with 1 generic response that didn’t match my issue. PayPal refunded me and my bank reversed the charges. I wish I came here first before ordering. Also, the payment method in the email didn’t match my debit card. This company is definitely fraudulent!

Total scam! They advertise high quality material, but you will receive something totally different. They will not email you back to return merchandise. I would highly recommend avoiding this company.

Terrible quality! Nothing looks as it does in the pictures. They ignore you when you try to contact them! Do not order from them!!!

The check top that I ordered looks nothing like the photo. The quality of the fabric is horrible, as is the quality sewing is POOR! The top went straight in garbage. Unwearable! Made in China.

I have a major complaint regarding that dress you advertise—you are deceiving people! It is absolute garbage, a complete sales scam, and I demand a refund. You mislead customers by claiming it is a high-quality dress, but it is utter rubbish that smells terrible. Furthermore, you claim that returns are easy, which is a total lie; when you try to return the junk they sent you, they deny the request, claiming you didn't even buy it from them. I need my refund! You are nothing but scammers. The only way to contact you is via email, and you don't even allow customers to post photos of the shoddy merchandise you sell.

I would give zero stars. Scam, scam, scam. Crappy clothes that took forever to get delivered. Promised a refund that I never got. Avoid this at all costs!!!!

Only giving a start because I have to in order to alert this company IS a scam. Found them as most and it is concerning to me this group can continue a scam as long as they appear to be. Why is this group still able to scam?

This is definitely a scam. I’ve been trying to get in touch with customer service an no one responds to my emails. The tracking number is bs. Wish I would’ve looked into the reviews before I bought anything.

Wish I would have looked at the reviews before ordering. I’ve been sending emails trying to track my package and I haven’t received ANYTHING! Spent $100 dollars! I’m super pissed

SCAM! Do NOT order from this website. Refcountry keeps your money and doesn't deliver the product. They advertised a matching set on Pinterest, which I clicked to take me straight to their website. After ordering, the tracking system said they couldn't deliver the package because the "address was incorrect". I sent numerous emails. No response. No refund. They kept my money and their item.
