Regus, a scam, a fraud, Been investigated for Fraud aswell, American Regus tactics been used in UK

What others have said , others have had done to them, has happen to me, months on from originally signing a contract, not got anywhere yet, conned into signing a contract then passed me onto accounts when at the same time being told everything is okay and things will be sorted. The most stupid desperate thing of a manager is that she even responded in the evening/night to my questions to get a signed contract and then afterwords not respond to my emails or phone calls during the day over a two week period. Being ignorant to emails and phone calls then expect things to be met but at the same time passed onto accounts. Persons in accounts turned a blind eye and not respond to my emails either, signing emails with different names or using someone elses email accounts. One Office Manager doing this is one thing but two different centre managers doing it, well that's clear rotten , delaying responses to increase invoice charges if contract not signed. Spoken to people at the centre who number of times have fogged me off. Below are some links to what some people need to read before they take this company on. Still a scam artist of a company who's activities need to be looked at again as they have done to me what they have done to several others and makes you wonder about the so many positive reviews that have been left on hear which have appeared after a certain date. The thing is that employees of this company say the same thing about regus and from research a DEPT company advised to collect on there behalf also agree, thats saying something.

Some good, some painful...

As a customer I used to have a dedicated office, then moved to virtual and now have a gold card to go to business lounges.

Overall the experience is ok - the facilities are clean and corporate looking, the free coffee is awful but the gold card isn't that expensive in the first place. Regus should look at some of the cooler coworking spaces that have overtaken them recently, probably not for all locations but key city centre hubs would be a great addition to the same 'look & feel' that the Regus locations all have. Feels more like a starbucks than the cool coffee shop you really want to drink in.

The bits that get in the way are the over adherence to rules and process when dealing with me as a customer. I get why I have to pay for things but when I am treated like an idiot it never sits well. A lot of this is about individuals and their interpretation of the rules but some are over zealous, leaving a slightly sour taste for those of us that have been customers for 5+ years.

Exactly what we needed

I booked a meeting room through Regus, the office were easy to find in a great location. The room was clean and modern with everything we needed, the staff we came into contact with were helpful, I would definitely use Regus again.

Regus Offices fulfil my expectations and business needs.

I have been with Regus since January 2014 on a Business World package and wouldn't hesitate to recommend their offices to you. The buildling's are smart, clean and professional just like their staff. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff members who are eager to make your visit a good experience. I also think that Regus offer value for money.

The Regus at Manchester airport lies in a prime location with really excellent staff whom are helpful, efficient and courteous at all times

My company Blue Belt Technologies, Inc (European head office) has been based at the Regus facility next to Manchester Airport for nearly two years. The facility is in a prime location within easy walking distance to the airport and just off the M56. The facilities are modern, clean and always staffed by professional and courteous people. Ruby the Senior General assistant keeps our offices and kitchen areas very clean and tidy, she is always smiling and helpful and Wendy McGowan on the reception takes care of any of my visiting clients and colleagues in a helpful and professional manner. The staff here are excellent and make the real difference. Many thanks to all those staff who have made my stay really a good experience.

REGUS Thorpe Park, LEEDS. Excellence - the business conference benchmark

Located on a fully appointed business park within sight of the A1 and less than a mile from the junction. Masses of free parking, the facility is large and therefore has a large amount of available booking rooms with all manner of shapes sizes and functional requirements available. The decor is up to date, clean and maintained to an immaculate standard. This is a fully featured REGUS location including large business lounge, separate cafe and open plan Kitchen. My delegates were greeted and entertained at reception by the staff. The team managing the facility were professional, courteous and attentive throughout, making the whole process stress free.

I've use REGUS Leeds City West, Sunderland, Gateshead, Newcastle, Edinburgh Conference House, Glasgow, Glasgow West George, Birmingham and Birmingham NEC. The standard is consistently exceptional and for that reason they remain my default choice. I have tried alternatives and as good as they were, they were nowhere near as good as REGUS. Those alternatives all have a number of compromises to manage. I use REGUS because the high standards set, make my work seamless and low maintenance. I would rather be without the hassle associated with selecting from the alternatives. If there is a single drawback - they are appearing to be a victim of their own success, resulting in early booking to avoid disappointment.
Apart from that, they are superb and I look forward to my next visit.

Simple, efficient, effective.

The meeting room was very easy to book on-line. There was no issue on the day. The wi-fi worked fine for the Skype call. It could onlt have been better if the toilets were better signposted and more easy to find.

Best for Small Business and anyone wanting to upgrade

Would really recommend Regus .
I use Regus in Chester and have never been disappointed with their help in my business meetings. If I need more space, as in a small office, I would give Regus my first thought as an ideal way of upgrading my business if I need to and if I start to employ more staff.
I started with Regus, just working from home and would definitely recommend Regus as a start for small business, whether starting or established.
As a Government business mentor I will be looking to recommend Regus to my clients.

The accounts team very unhelpful getting emails of suspension of account we had pre-paid event

Kathryn McBurney who looked after our enquiry was fantastic, very quick and very very helpful. The event that we was holding in Newcastle was pre-paid, we received the pr-forma on the 2nd March and it was paid on the 3rd March. After the event I started to get emails from the 'Centre Team' advising me that the payment was outstanding and it was due on the 25th March? The payment was due on the 3rd March and has already been paid??? I spoke to Kate who then liased with Gary and then asked for a copy of the remit which I sent. I then received nothing apart from another email from the 'Centre Team' telling me our account was overdue. I spoke to Camil in the centre who gave me her email address to send the remit again, I sent it again but it bounced back so I had to contact Kate again. Kate told me that the payment was being traced and advised the centre it was being dealt with. Two days later I get a email from the centre team, saying suspension of account!!! Kate then assured me the payment had been found and all ok, however, I then get a call from the Centre telling me it was still outstanding. Eventually Kate advised me that it was all sorted but through all the communications no one apologised, if Kate hadn't of helped me you would still be looking for the payment. I have asked for an explanation as to what happended which I still haven't received and no email apologising for the amount of time I have spent advising regus the payment had been made. We are looking at holding a number of training events with Regus and this really hasn't made us feel very confident. I would like to thank Kate again for her help and patience.

No hassle, only professionals at your service

Easy procedure -even for a Foreigner coming to Wales, even if you only need a mailbox.
A welcoming team is always there for you should you have any questions and they can let you know by mail or phone every time you have mail in you mailbox.
Don't worry about being not fluent in English, or having an awful accent :)
Your Company may or may not be already registered in UK yet, it doesn't change anything for those who are in the "small business planning and creation process.

Does what it says on the can!

We have a virtual office with Regus Cannock and it works brilliantly for us. We are always well looked after when we visit whether it be just to collect our post or to use meeting rooms to meet with our clients.
