Would never use this company again.
Ordered a fridge through Tesco Marketplace, fridge arrived with a huge dent....I called up their customer services, that tells you to email. I emailed, they say they'll respond within 48 hours, which they didn't.
When I finally got a reply, they offered me a £25 refund if, and I quote, if I "could live with it". It's a huge dent on a brand new fridge!!!
So in all, the experience and process for a refund has been lacking, customer service awful. Not happy.

Buying from Reliant has been a good experience.
I have dealt with Reliant on two occasions, and they are competitive pricewise, plus delivery is prompt. A small problem was settled quickly and efficiently as would be expected by a good retailer. All round, buying from Reliant has been a good experience.

Disaster from day one..!!
Delivery date was changed! fridge was damaged! Date of collection changed twice! And now I'm having to wait for a refund! I'm paraplegic and wheelchair bound, and have had to be without a fridge for days, can't order a different one until I get my full refund..!! Not impressed at all..!!!

I had a difficulty with a new fridge that had just been delivered. I contacted Reliant and spoke with Sam. He managed to resolve my issue within ten minutes. I can only praise Sam for his swift resolution to my problem

Dreadful
Returned a damaged fridge freezer, after 2 weeks still no refund I have ring on numerous occasions and keep being fobbed off. Would not recommend or ever use again
