Excellent Service
Ordered my Samsung Remote control for a relatively old (6 years) Tv. Arrived first thing next day to Glasgow . Remote worked perfect . Just put in batteries and away I went ! No fussy set ups etc. Will definitely reccomend and use this company again when and if required. First class.

Just received my original model remote control for my television and I'm very impressed with it, it does exactly what it says on the box. i took it out the box, put in some batteries and bingo it worked first time - no programming needed.
Absolutely fantastic - will definitely recommend to anyone who needs a remote control replacing.

Unprofessional service and slow delivery
It has been almost two weeks since I placed my order. There is no sign of the package... when I contact customer service I am told that there is no tracking data for international shipments. I have never heard of such a thing before. All international courier companies including national postal services have a tracking service. I find it quite strange that this company takes your money and has no regard for the delivery of the products sold. This is terribly unfair to the customer. A sale is not complete unless the client receives his service and product !

Was easy to find exact remote on the web site, and was the cheapest I found anywhere else as well. Ordered Sunday evening, arrived Tuesday morning all ready to use. 5 out of 5 for service.

sent e mail asking if they accepted postal order payment via post .they quickly replied via e mail letting me know that they did .i sent postal orders on thursday late morning recieved remote on saturday complete with batteries fantastic service thank you.

REMOTELY the best!
i bought this remote control online and was a bit jubious at first as my tv is pretty old and I had bought one previously FROM ANOTHER RETAILER which lasted all of 5 minutes! Remote Controls shop-online was brilliant, fast delivery, I could see the item was brand new and best of all it worked straight away! None of this programming numbers into it until it worked like the 5 in 1 remotes. All in all brilliant service and would definately recommend and do business with again. Thank you!

Fantastic fast and friendly service
The lady on the phone was very friendly and promised to get my replacement remote out that day. I had struggled to delete from my freeview hard drive for months, and with Christmas approaching I want to record more. The remote arrived the next day, and although the look was different (which she advised me) it works perfectly. I will now be ordering one for my old TV in the lounge that is also being stubborn !

Brilliant service online and real engaged After-sales care person: welcome change in today's 'virtual' shopping.
Our set top box remote control packed up less than a week before Christmas, so I was delighted to find Remote Controls offering a economic and simple solution with their range of r/cs covering every conceivable model.
Online ordering was really straight forward - I read the reviews saying their service was excellent - and it was! Our r/c arrived in under 48 hours, i,e., by the next available post.
Unfortunately, the replacement r/c didn't fx the problem (and it will have to be a new Freeview box). However, phoned up explained and "No problem, pop it back for a full refund".
I wish more companies were as straight forward and with a personal service as great as Remote Controls Shops!

Very efficient
Ordered an original remote on 10 November and accepted it would take longer than a generic replacement. Surprised and delighted when it arrived today, 19 November. Exactly same as existing remote, popped in the batteries and it works straight away. Hurray, I've got my fast forward back!
This was the best price I could find and I would have no hesitation in recommending and using this company again.

I ordered the remote control yesterday at lunch time. The price included vat and postage. It was delivered this morning. I thought I would have to tune it in, but it's already set up. Just put the enclosed batteries in. 10/10. I would not hesitate to recommend your company to everybody.
