Brilliant all round service:)
Very impressed with service from the onset ...Initially speaking on the phone and getting some good advice to online ordering and then superfast delivery and of course, competitive pricing. I was buying Weber accessories for Father's Day for my husband.
He was so impressed , he consequently ordered himself some more products as well.

1/ Ordering was easy and professionally dealt with by Riverside.
2/ The goods were delivered in 2 days as promised although their haulage contractor's website was down so it was impossible to track the goods on the day of delivery and it meant that I had to phone the contractor for information.
3/ The goods purchased are excellent.
4/ Will definitely use Riverside Garden Centre again.

Great, fast service! Very pleased with my bbq at an extremely competitive price.
I searched for a new bbq after being let down by Homebase who were unable to fulfil my order. Found the Riverside Garden Centre website through Google and the bbq I wanted at a great price. The website ordering was easy and my bbq was sent out to Parcelforce later that day. Emails kept me up to date and helped me track the order. Extremely pleased - just need the sun to come back now!

Excellent!
What a superb company to deal with?! Website is easy to find your way aroind but yiou can also phone of you are not quite sure about any detail. Goods were delivered on time and the 57cm 'One Touch Premium' is living up to the high reputation it has gained over many years. We've gone for a charcoal BBQ as a replacement for our 'old' gas BBQ. Any regrets moving back to charcoal? None whatsoever! This 'One Touch Premium' unit takes some beating! You can buy one from Riverside Garden Centre with every confidence in both the item being purchased and in the retailer. Both are highly recommended! Thanks!

I ordered a Weber BBQ on Sunday. Riverside said it would be delivered on Tues (next working day). No additional cost.
BBQ was delivered on Tuesday. No chasing, kept informed by email.
All promises kept...................My expectations met, nay exceeded!

Ordered this sunday afternoon and it was delivered Tuesday morning. It was £40 cheaper than our loacl Garden Centre so a bonus and no delviery charge.

Excellent prices and service
We have just purchased the 57 cm weber premium kettle barbeque starter set together with other items. The delivery was tracked and arrived on time stated. The boxes were undamaged and well packed ,inside and out. All items ordered where packed and ticked off on packing sheet. No breakages. The barbeque was quickly set up and is very easy to use. We are deligghted with our purchases. Thank you.

Good price, good product.
I ordered the Weber garden fire from Riverside as it promised next day delivery. However, delivery was NOT next day, although confirmation of the order WAS the next day. The fire was delivered THREE days after the order was placed. This really is not acceptable.
Other than that, the price was keen and the product (being Weber) is excellent.
Simply disappointed at the claim for next day delivery to be far from accurate.
Would use this firm again only if the delivery warranty was actually guaranteed.

dealt with query quickly and efficiently
Purchased a bar b que cover but did not fit. Telephoned company and said 'no problem just use return label' which we did. Only slight criticism is perhaps it would have been good for them to have given us a reference number as we had not received any refund after waiting over a week. But on telephoning them they said 'they had the cover there but did not know who had sent it and was waiting for someone to contact them. They then immediately refunded our account. Would not hesitate to use this company again.

A rare service.
Price and service. Without doubt these two rarely go together. My experience was exceptional. Best price, including delivery (by at least 15%). Weekend (Bank Holiday) processing of order and delivery by 08:30am on the quoted delivery day. First time I've ever had to re-organise my day because a firm did so much more than they promised!
RGC will be be my first choice for all things garden in future. Can't be beaten. No point even trying anywhere else if they've got it. Brilliant.
