I called through my order. It was a birthday gift. My freind wa very impressed, despite delivery issing the date - I gather there was a distribution problem - I was otified of the delay The instructions have been followed so hopefully she weill enjoy lots of blooms on a healthy plant for many years to come.

Easy website to navigate and place order. Ordered a Ruby rose for our 40th wedding anniversary. The rose came in a small well presented hessian bag. From ordering to delivery was within 3 working days, which was quite impressive. I have ordered from this company before, and as a result of my previous order with them, I did not hesitate to order from them again.

Poor delivery service
Telephoned before ordering to ensure rose would be delivered on time. Dispatch date confirmed as 9/10/26. received message to say delivery had been delayed to mid October. then further message to say delivery late October. When rose finally arrived it looked as if it had been hacked at with a pair of shears. Hopefully will look better in the spring.

Ordered a special rose as a birthday gift only to be emailed days later that delivery was delayed - so much for a birthday surprise! Then to add insult to injury a few days later a further email to say delayed for even longer. Very disappointed, should not have been able up order if it wasn't available as totally pointless to arrive weeks after the birthday.

The recipient of the rose was delighted and said it arrived in good condition. I was a little disappointed that there was a delay in sending it out. I would like to have been told when ordering that it could be a few weeks before delivery. However, thank you for the quality of the rose.

Bad delivery affects reputation.
My purchase was bought as a sincere sympathy gesture following the death of a family member. The rose was beautifully wrapped and presented, but the courier service for delivery was appalling and highly disrespectful. The item was packaged in a box that clearly stated ‘this way up’, but was thrown over a garden gate and landed upside down. The recipient was shocked to find their gift presented in such an uncaring way.
I raised my concerns to Harkness roses, who responded quickly. However, their response was ‘there was little they could do about their delivery services’. This is such a shame. However attractive their products are, this has put me off relying and buying from them again.
