⚠️ Extremely disappointing experience – misleading product and unacceptable customer service

I purchased what was advertised as a Lacoste clothing set from Rosevea after seeing their advertisement on Instagram. The price seemed attractive, and I genuinely believed I was purchasing a legitimate product.

However, when the package arrived, I was immediately concerned. The clothing came in a simple plastic bag, with no Lacoste packaging, no box, no authenticity documentation and none of the presentation I would reasonably expect from a genuine Lacoste product. The overall appearance and quality also raised serious concerns about its authenticity.

I contacted Rosevea and requested a full refund. Instead of resolving the matter properly, they asked me to return the item to China at my own expense, despite the fact that the cost of international return shipping can be disproportionate to the value of the product.

What is particularly concerning is that Rosevea themselves offered me a 20% refund to keep the item. This makes absolutely no sense if they genuinely believe that the product is as advertised and legitimate. I do not want to keep an item whose authenticity I seriously question, nor do I consider a 20% partial refund to be an acceptable resolution.

I have repeatedly requested a full refund without being forced to pay expensive international return shipping, but Rosevea continues to avoid providing a satisfactory solution.

I strongly recommend that potential customers exercise extreme caution before purchasing from this website, particularly when products are advertised as well-known brands at unusually attractive prices.

I am currently pursuing the matter further and will continue to seek a full refund.

My experience has been extremely disappointing, and I would absolutely not recommend Rosevea.

After waiting 4 months the goods finally arrived - they are fakes and faulty fakes with red arrow stickers on them showing the faults - 3 Nike sports dresses that are cheap tat and arrived scrumpled in bags with creases that will not come out .They were €60 each -plus postage - complete rip off and I notice their website now only has 10 items on it so they’re about to disappear !

Fake products and bad quality, do not buy.

Bought a Mother’s Day present nice and early. Turns out it was a size too small and they won’t exchange it because we are 1-day past the return window. Seriously?

Fraude no compres nada ahi

Ordered a ‘Nike’ dress. FAKE, sizing completely wrong xl and would fit my 8 year old.
This company should be taken down.
Company say from Austria but returns back to china. Would cost me more to send back for a refund so guess that’s an item for land fill

Bought a lounge set Maribel, color green. It does not looks like the picture. Choose size L but is in real a size S. The quality is really bad. Cost 59.90 euro, but is to expensive because of the wurst qualty ever. The website does make you think that they are in Germany, but is in China. Sendig it back cost to much and it is always the question of you receive your money back. I am never going to order anything at this website and worn you to think twice before you order. It is not a really Nike lounge set. It is a fake. I was to stupid to believe that what i saw on the foto, i would recieve. Let my stupid choice be a warning for others.
