Terrible Delivery System
This is the second time i have purchased items from RouteOne and they have not been delivered on time. Also when i tried to contact them via e-mail i was totally ignored and not responded to. It has been more than 10 days since my pruchase and i still have not received my items.

Cannot fault this site, bought from them many times over the years, always been happy with my orders for both me and boyfriend who has skated for many years. Whether it be clothes, hats, shoes or decks, always good value especially when they have a sale on!

Very Good
I had alot of problems with Skate Hut so stay away from them, Route One are very helpfull and they do also pick up the phone and you can go to there shops also if you are not happy.
1st class service you can trust them, and i am very fusy

Don't trust the website - Don't trust your order! FAIL
On ordering the Website stated order before 6pm get next day delivery - this is WRONG! it is order before 3pm! So no delivery when I expected. Having waited the weekend for my delivery it arrived only to be wrong too! I am far from impressed so far with this company. Catalogue of errors from the start.

Automated emails keeps you informed as your order progresses, good deals on shoes when I ordered. Free postage if you're willing to wait a bit longer.

I have been buying from this company for some time, i like them, and i will probably buy from them again. But they do sometimes have issues with there delivery and they do cost a fair bit, but overall i like the stuff they sell and will continue to be a customer.

Brilliant, although expensive and not accurate delivery
brilliant website, very easy to find stuff on. i managed to get the perfect element deck and trucks at a decent price. decided to splurge and grab it while my wife was out. items arrived a day late, even though i paid for next day delivery, which cost a lot too

2 Weeks Later...
Still haven't recieved my items...Firstly they said that a t-shirt and belt i ordered should not have been advertised, so i picked a replacement of each which they have now said are not in stock. They should not have the item listed as in stock if it is infact not in stock, so yet again ive emailled them, i also paid for the 3 day delivery expecting it to be here for the weekend well the previous weekend so that was kind of redundant, overall not a great shopping experience
